I’ve enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. Recently the individual Starbucks stores have been out of so much but this one always has everything. Most of the employees know my roommate and I by now lol. Sumer suggested a certain way to make a drink we love and now we are even more addicted. The employees are all friendly, personable, and kind. I prefer to come to this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in town
I wanted to give them one star but the barista this morning redeemed the one from yesterday. I’m very understanding as I have worked as a Starbucks Barista for over two years and I know miscommunications happen but can someone who works with Sumer please tell her an iced white chocolate mocha and and iced coffee with white mocha are not the same? She charged me 6.84 for a drink that is normally under 5 dollars. I understand prices are rising and you told me you charged me for an iced coffee but the receipt clearly says iced white chocolate mocha. For next time, its the iced coffee button and add white mocha which I know is an extra 80 cents and you should too.I’m really disappointed Sumer didn’t attempt to listen and just stonewalled me. Mistakes happen, and I can understand why she didn’t make my drink when I walked away to buy lunch because she thought I was getting a refund which I would’ve if I had time. She did make my drink after I came back although I had to wait for her to make the drinks of the people who ordered after me.I did my best to explain I wanted the brewed iced coffee not the drink with espresso and milk as well. I don’t know how to make it more clear and didn’t want to be condescending. I’ve never had problems with the other Starbucks in this area. I don’t know if she had a bad day or what but I’m hoping she charges me correctly next time.
Overpriced. Just a status symbol. You can buy a whole pound of coffee for what one cup costs. I feel sorry for the people who spend hard earned money here.
Great Starbucks kiosk type location, Christmas blend coffee was hot and fresh! Both of the baristas were friendly and polite

Very sweet girls working here (Pigeon Forge inside a grocery store). Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches of course. Clean working space and counter.
The last two days I have came in for a large water with raspberry!! I love it I know it’s a weird request and previously when I go threw and get it I only pay 66 cents well the last two days they have charged me almost 4 dollars for a water!!! I looked at my order today on my cup and found out why they are charging me for a iced tea!!! I want a refund of the remaining and both days the guy did not give me a receipt!! Now I know why!!!!
I will not be back. This is the second time I have ordered a drink for them and you open the lid up and they never fill the drinks up. Tired of it. Starbucks is expensive anyways but for some reason this Starbucks at various times doesn't doable good job.

Sooooooo I always go here when I drop my son off at daycare because you know mama needs fuel! Anyway, y'all recently got a new guy and he is amazing! He's made my last 2 drinks and they have been phenomenal, just right! Keep him! Plus he is super sweet!
