Good Starbucks. The staff are always energetic, friendly, and attentive. The store is very clean. The restrooms are fantastic. I love using the outdoor seating during the summer. This is a coffeehouse with lots of friendly customers. The line for the drive through can often be crowded, but that’s just Starbucks for you.

Chai latte with soy is on the lighter side. Its not as creamy as what I'm used to and prefer. The holiday bear is so cute. I don't remember seeing it before. Last night I did see the Chinese new year ones on eBay sold in Asian countries. It $9.95. Cute bear for the Xmas tree. I stopped here looking for the Tennessee been there mugs. Decided to start collecting them when I was in Columbia SC 2 weeks ago. I was in Knoxville just this past May... I love TN and decides to make a trip here again. Anyway, this location doesn't have the TN been there mug. My search continues...
Lovely place. The baristas are always so happy and polite and they are very accurate in making orders. Love them!
Long line, long wait. Ordered black iced tea, light ice, 2.5 pumps liquid cane sugar. Received green iced tea, reg ice, too sweet to enjoy.
One of the most friendliest staff I have found if they mess up my order which does happen they will remake it or give me the things to fix it I enjoy coming there they know my name they know my order which makes me feel even more important then I know I am LOL but I do appreciate them taking that time to do that cuz most places don't do that anymore
They made my drink perfect. This is my own concoction that I came up with. 4 pumps white chocolate, quad shot blonde expresso, fill with sweet cream, lite ice, salted foam on top.
Quality and product accuracy is on point! However, the drive-thru can take a long time during peak periods!
Awesome as always. I love starbucks the only thing I didn't love is waiting 30 minutes or longer for the worker at the window to quit talking to his buddy that was in line in front of me. Cars were starting to line up behind me and they didn't care. They just kept talking I finally got my coffe which was awesome. But I wish the workers would have respect for all the customers and just their buddies. Bu I highly recommend this place.
The parking lot is difficult to navigate and narrow, so it can absolutely be crazy when Starbucks is extra busy. The place itself has always had excellent, fast, friendly service. It's spacious and clean. Food and drinks are always ready quickly and really good.
