Im type 1 diabetic and i purposely ordered unsweetened tea and the sugar free blackberry flavoring, i had nothing to eat. About halfway through my drink i began feeling sick so i tested my sugar and it was 370 about 250 points higher than it was previously! Idk what you guys are marketing as sugar free but it absolutely affected my blood sugar and my wellbeing

Service was super fast. Our very friendly car hop forgot napkins but offered to hustle back to fetvus some. We had napkins in the vehicle so we declined. No need to make a trip back. The food was hot and tasty. We will definitely be dining there again soon.
While the food quality is generally good and I love the app and I order ahead, the consistency of order accuracy is pretty bad. At least half the time, my order is wrong to some degree. Just check your bag before leaving the restaurant.Edit - This location continues to disappoint with quality of food and service. (2/27/22)
Best French Fries I've had in about 10 years at least at a Sonic. The Sonics in Knoxville must let their French fries sit out for an hour before serving them. You are blessed with a Sonic that cares, Johnson city.
This Sonic Drive-In is above your average Sonic Drive-In. The staff is what makes it. I enjoyed my service thoroughly
Our server/waitress that brought our food out tonight was so incredibly sweet!! She was amazing and that is rare in customer service these days!
Great food. The garlic butter they use is amazing and they let me put it on my regular burger. May try it on the coney. Nice staff.
They only had the drive thru open and then told us we couldn't park in their lot to eat. Kinda hard to feed a one year old going down the road. Food was nothing spectacular either.
Prices have went up since last time I was here and you re charged .30c for water now. Still the same food as it's always been.
