Should of definitely got pizza that we heard good about! But we had wings and Phillies… the Phillies were good but had a OVERWHELMING amount of mushrooms, there was more mushrooms then actual meat! Super unfortunate and the wings were very slimy/ fatty and squishy. I’m not sure what causes that but I’ve never had wings that had that texture.
Had the cheese sticks the other day and I think they were the best I’ve ever had. ?
The pizza is great, now I need to try the sandwiches and wings.
Great Gluten Free pizza and I have tried a lot. Darryl said the regular pizza crust was the best he has had in a long time. 5 stars/5
Let me start by saying we have been faithful customers of Simms since August 2018. We supported Simms pizza throughout the pandemic, ordering here at least once, if not twice per week. The service used to be impeccable. We love the people of Simms and have had nothing but good to say about them. The people were extremely nice and accommodating for delivery or pickup. We had chosen Simms pizza for any gathering or family function. I am disappointed in the recent turn of customer service and rudeness from one particular employee, who would not state his name, associated with Simms. I want to first mention that I have NEVER been hung up on by ANY employee of a restaurant in my life or been blatantly lied to before by a restaurant when talking to employees. Tonight, 12/08/2021, the “manager” who would not state his name refused to let me schedule a delivery for the end of the night. This is something I used to do routinely. He then provided conflicting information to call back later, however there was no guarantee we could receive delivery at a later time. There was a previous incident that occurred approximately 1 month ago where I called at 8pm for delivery. The same “manager” answered the phone and said “it’s 824 pm by my clock, we are no longer accepting deliveries”. Unfortunately, because this employee I will never spend another dime at Simms, even though we care about local businesses. I would not recommend Simms until this issue is taken care of. I understand staffing is an issue, but I am completely in shock as to how I was treated as a customer tonight. I will not be back to Simms and would recommend that the Simms address this for future business. Unfortunately, every time we have called within the last few months it has felt like an inconvenience to the employees to order. Thank you

Ordered on grub hub and happy to say I found my new pizza place, we'll definitely be going and trying fresh from the oven. It's hard to find a good NY pizza place and this is the real deal, ordered a cannoli too, can't wait to try it, but I'm super full from the delish pie!
