This is a little Must-Go-To snoball ice cream shop that can be enjoyed rain or shine. My favorite is their strawberry chice cake!!Service is always great and with so many flavor combinations it never disappoints.
Really good, I search for snowballs around east Tennessee. Definitely a place to visit again. Nice staff too.

I can't believe it took us so long to try it! We were amazed at the number of snocone flavors offered. You can add ice cream and toppings as well (such as fresh fruit or candy). Normally I'm not a frozen-treat fan, but this was delicious. Adding ice cream to the snocone was a bit like tasting snow cream, which I loved in my childhood. Can't wait to take the kids back to try more! Price was very reasonable for what we got, even my children commented on that. There are not many seats inside the restaurant. I wish there was better seating offered, or maybe an outdoor table.
Such a fun place for anyone with a sweet tooth. You get a lot and 2 gourmet snowcones were $15.00 which was a great price plus tip. If you go on hot weekends, be prepared to wait in line but it was worth it. Plenty of seat, inside and out. Lots of parking. I wish we had one in Kingsport... just sayin.
Sooo many choices... soo little room for all of them lol. Delicious and cooling ?. One of our favorite stops to get refreshed... besides the Watauga River lol... the water is cold all year round.
Summer is here folks. Stop by Sam’s and cool ya bones. An insane amount of flavors and toppings. Staff is always friendly also.

We had Sam's SnoBall Paradise help us with our gender reveal for our twins. The chocolate hearts and the chocolate covered strawberries were so cute!!! Very creative and a very professional business.
