My wife's Mother's Day meal of choice this year.The drive through was quite fast. There was a couple of minutes delay after placing the order, but it was pretty quick. The lady delivered to our car with appreciation. The chicken was very tasty and hot. Y'all rock, and blessed our families Mom's day celebration. Highly recommend this restaurant.
I like Popeyes a lot the only thing was I wanted a fish sandwich a few months ago but I missed it so when I saw a commercial yesterday I thought I would get one today but they said it was discontinued but then I get home and tge same commercial comes on again and I have seen it several times since so I don't know I just wanted a fish sandwich LOL but hey the chicken is good
Extremely upset. After waiting THREE HOURS in the middle of the drive thru, they messed up well over half of our $45 order. Half was missing and both of my toddlers kids meals were spicy. Causing my autistic four year old to go into a complete panic attack. My husband knocked on the door multiple times to only be told to “go back through the drive thru”. Why on EARTH would we do that?! They finally came out to tell him because he drove away from the window it was out of their hands. We didn’t even know the kids’ chicken was spicy until we got home. But we ended up giving up on fighting for our other half. Horrible service. Honestly in shock with how they treated us and the situation.
I love Popeyes chicken. Me and my husband moved here from Texas and was so happy when they opened one here. But lately everytime I go I can't get what I want. I asked for a three piece all thighs. They said we don't have 3 pieces. So how do u sell buckets of chicken if I can't get a 3 piece? The food hands down 5 stars. The availability 0 . This was just my last times going experience. But the last few times I went they said I couldn't get what I ordered. I will never order on the app anymore because I did it once and they had to sub my fav pieces of chicken "thighs" with something else and the pies I ordered they didn't have. And was told I couldn't get my money back cuz I ordered thru the app.Doing a review in hopes it gets fixed in the future. I love Popeyes.
Ordered thru Doordash. Dasher had to wait in drive-thru line. Inside closed. It took almost 2 hours to get our food due to Popeyes slow service. Food was at best mediocre and most definitely not worth the wait!! Never again!!!
Fast friendly service. Tried the new Flounder Sandwich, Cajun fries and lemonade...all very tasty. Needed a slice of cheese to be perfect! ;-)
I always forget how expensive this place is which is the only reason I gave it one less star. We liked all the food we ordered I'd ordered something new to me and it may be my new order for Popeyes. I do wish we didn't have to drive from Greeneville to get to the closest one and miss having one on base in Japan on Yakota Air Force Base back when I was in active duty. It was literally 5 minutes away.
I love Popeyes. Of course they have chicken and chicken sandwiches, shrimp and recently added fish sandwich. Which is all good for fast food.
Foods meh, got rushed ordering while being the only car in the drivethrough, order was inaccurate as usual. Place never improves id reccomend taking your business elsewhere.
First of all, Popeyes is hands down the best fast food chicken. I will fight you over this. Second, they are super fast at the drive thru, and my order is always correct, and they are always super friendly.
