Very poor experience, I've never called to complain before but the one time I do was a terrible experience. I asked for no sauce and the pizza I received was covered. I call and a manager says they'll remake it. Cool, should've been done and over with. But when it arrives the second pizza is crumpled and grease is leaking out of the box, on to the table and now on the sleeve of my dress shirt. I call again and the manager uses the excuse of it being a greasy pizza when I know for a fact from working for pizza chains before there's no reason for that to happen, especially to that extent, if you have proper quality control. Not to include the pizza that was wrong before didn't nearly have that much grease. The manager said he himself would make it, and if that's how a manager makes a pizza, that's absolutely ridiculous. My coworkers have said they're not ordering from this location after this experience. However the driver, Evan, was awesome.
It used to be good but the last 3 times I ordered from there 2 times were just awfull and the last time they got my order totally messed up I don't think ill be going back.
They are all so nice and welcoming. So I don't have any complaints. If something isn't right they fix it. Probably one of the better places for customer service if I am to be completely honest.
Very poor experience! I love a good pizza but for what ever reason this store doesn’t even try to make the food good! This time the pizza crust was so soggy and had zero crispness to the crust! I think grade school kids could of made a better pizza. I will not waste any more money ordering from this store. So beware the food isn’t good.

Pan and thin crusts were P E R F E C T, which is becoming rare with some Pizza Hut restaurants. Cheese sticks were pretty good too, just needed to be cut apart a little better. Otherwise, wow we were impressed. Is Pizza Hut making a comeback? My family and I hope so!
I called to order shortly before closing. The person taking the order was helpful and friendly. The pizza was hot and the delivery driver was friendly. Also, the pizza was delivered quicker than the time promised.
Pizza was great but the price is going up so much compared to other pizza places and this is why we do not order as much. We are unable to use any discount codes or even a pizza hut pre paid card at this location.
Order arrived exactly as requested and right on time. Person who took the order checked for additional coupons and applied them. Great customer service!
The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They did not get frustrated during my difficult order over the phone, and got it all right. They even pushed my order back when we got stuck behind an accident coming off the highway. Food was fresh and good. On a Sunday night 20 minutes before their closing, it was amazing to see a staff still give great customer service.
