Do you like waiting hours for your order? Then this is the place for you. Today is the third time I've tried to order from here, and it's taken 2 hours EACH TIME. When you place the order, they do NOT tell you how long it will take - they just leave it as a cruel surprise. Today, after waiting 1.5 hours I called to find out the status of my order. I was hung up on. I called back and was placed on hold, and gave up after waiting 15 minutes. I then called the order line which was answered immediately. Supposedly my pizza is out for delivery. It's been 2 hours since I placed today's order, and still no food. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times, but after today it is clear they have a chronic problem. I will not order from here again.
I wish there was a way to leave less than 1 star. My Dad is at the VA hospital dying. He asked for pizza so my sister and I ordered it at 513 and we're told it would be ready in 45 minutes. We came back 45 minutes later and we're told it would be another 45 minutes and the little girl was so so so rude. I work in customer service and would lose my job for speaking to a customer the way she spoke to us. We shouldn't have ordered the pizza because the boy who took the order tried to discourage us from ordering when he told us it would be 45 minutes. He could have been honest about how long it was really going to take and we would have gone somewhere else! Nobody offered to refund our money, nobody apologized! She said" we can only do what we can do"
We ordered a pizza around 2pm, around 3 hours later we were notified it was delivered but turns out the driver delivered to the wrong address. After this we were told it would be another 2 hours, it ended up being 6:45PM and we had to pick it up. The order was also wrong but at this point we just wanted a pizza. The shop is low staffed and the management is awful, avoid this location at all cost unless your ok waiting for 5 plus hours for a pizza with a manager who cares nothing about the customers.
I will never order from this papa johns again! I placed a carry out order at 6:18 for 2 pizzas. At 7:00 I got there and called to ask if it was ready and they said it was on the main line that it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I run an errand and came back 38 minutes later just to be told it would be another 35 minutes. I just cancelled my order because it was already 7:40.
This is the second time that I bought something from this location and it be wrong so I'm giving them 5 stars for the review to be on top . I've order 2 things tonight and repeated myself a few times to make sure they got my order right. Customer service repeated to me what I ordered so it's the employees in the restaurant that didn't get my order right I spent $44 on my order plus tip so I would love a full refund I am definitely unsatisfied with this location and not only to mention I was down the road and it took 2 and half hours
I ordered a pizza and was told 25 minutes. Went to store to pick up and they told me it would be another 1.5 hours. This is ridiculous! Save yourself the trouble and order from someone else! I will not try them again. There are too many other places to choose from.
The manager tonight earns this place a 4 star from me. I just placed an online order and was told it would be 119-129 minutes (what!?!?). I wasn’t prepared to wait that long so I called the store and spoke to the manager guy. I told him I didn’t realize it was going to be that long and asked if I could cancel my order. He gladly did so without any attitude and my order was canceled immediately. I don’t know what’s going on there to make things take so long but the manager made things happen quick for me so I say kudos! I guess I probably should’ve remembered his name to include it in this review lol. I’ll give bristol hwy another chance because of how easy he made that for me
I ordered a pizza tonight & I was told 2 hours and 10 minutes. I didn't have a problem with that considering it's New Year's Eve, but I had to wait over 3 & half hours. The pizza was not hot! NEVER EVER again!
The pizza was prepared and now will sit in a box under a warmer for approximately 2 hours before it will be delivered. Order your pizza elsewhere. ?
It’s impossible to place an order. Customer service can’t help Store employees hang up and refuse to take any orders over the phone. Embarrassing customer service
