Called to make a delivery and after I placed the order and payed they soa dits will be an hour and a half wait JUST FOR A 10 PIECE CHEESE STICK. When I live 5 Minutes up the road. I tried to call back to see if I could just make it a carryout and they were very rude and said it'd be an hour and 15 mnutes before I could pick it up but they couldn't switch it to carryout anyways. So upset with their service in every way possible.wish domino's was delivering still.
I’ve had a handful of bad experiences with this location over the past year, especially the delivery guy, always has something smart to say, extremely rude... I guess they expect a $20 tip for a $19 order. Then they take forever to delivery, so by the time it gets here the pizza is cold. This past time we ordered they smashed the garlic sauce open and it was all over the pizza when I opened the box. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT BAD FOOD AND BAD SERVICE
got a pizza for delivery, spoke to someone in a different country on the phone. they were rude and didn't know the area. I ordered at 6:30 pm the driver got to my home at 11:00pm. luckily I told them I would pay cash. long story short I didn't answer because I was asleep. so papa johns is not what it used to be.
I had one of the worst delivery experiences ever yesterday. I will likely not order delivery from here any longer.
So I will tell you my favorite pizza if Papa Johns. Today though on my way home I was stopped at a four way stop. The vehicle across from me went. Then the vehicle to my left went. It was then my turn to go. Out of my left eye I see a silver car coming towards me. It was a Papa Johns delivery driver- female with a long pony tail that appeared to be brown. I guess she thought that she should just be able to go because she wanted to and is special. I did not call the store because it seems like the management doesn’t care about these things BUT ole girl needs to learn to drive. When their drivers injure someone I hope that the victim sees these posts and uses it in court to show that Papa Johns is aware that their drivers are unsafe and is able to hold them responsible as well.
This place was so filthy you could write your name on the floor with your shoe. The employees were extremely rude and actually yelled at me and threatened me.
I've never had such rude service from a pizza place! Apparently they "stay so busy" they have call centers from India answer their calls. When I asked to be transferred to the store, the guy from the store was so rude. He told me to call back and literally went on a rant for 5 mins telling me they are swamped and refused to take my order! I'll never order from this location again.
All and all a great pizza! This one’s described as a New York style. Not too far off. I added red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan, now it’s legit! My only gripe is that it substantially lost temperature upon arrival. I live in the neighborhood right behind this location so I was surprised by it’s cool temperature. After reheating it in the oven at 350° it was a superior experience!
They forgot to put my wings in the oven and I had to sit here and wait while my pizza gets cold and they did not offer me a fresh pizza or something extra for the wait I find that ridiculous Atleast give me the wings for free or something.
Called and asked them if there was anyway they could bring it to my car. I had my 1 year old with me. Refused to even help.
