Awful service. The woman who took the order was hateful. I ordered a cappuccino and the worker handed me a cup for regular coffee. I asked her if they had cappuccino on the menu and she said "go get your cappuccino over there." Pointing to the regular coffee. This is the second time I've had the displeasure of having to endure this person's service. If she had a name tag on I would have gotten her name.

Short staffed I understand but this location consistently is slow. Get a new manager . I see one checkout person when it's busy and the manager is not at the other cash register moving sales getting things moved along . Long lines waiting every time I'm in the location. People will leave and go to the other locations if you don't acknowledge that people are waiting in line . Pick up the slack ! I've been patient many times but im done with it at this location.

Took my granddaughter to get a Greek Salad. She loves it eats every bite and a cookie. We dined in it part of going to lunch together ❤️. I had my very favorite tomato soup and half the chicken salad Sammy. Both of us enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend Panera. You will be able to find something you like maybe even your new favorite lunch. The menu is extensive soups, salads sammies, great breakfast selection, delicious coffee, hot and iced, other yummy drink selections, and SO much more. Enjoy!

Great place for a light breakfast.Very tasty Almond Bear Claw pastry and coffee

Salad was decent but they didn’t put chicken in the chicken Cobb salad lol. At least it was a gift card used to pay ??‍♂️ Not worth going back to get the chicken out in it. there are much better places to get salads.

The food is pretty good. The coffee is on point. And if you want a nice fresh loaf of bread theirs is really good

I like their two for half a salad, half sandwich, or half a bowl ofsoup. You order 2 of any thing on the menu. I tried their tomato soup it was so good I will get it the next time again. That is why I like their 2 half portions I get something I like and something to try for the first time.

I had a really lovely experience with Marianna who took my order. She was patient as I made up my mind and she was really pleasant to chat with. I ended up ordering her go-to coffee order (a chai tea latte w a pump of vanilla syrup) which was the perfect choice on a cold day. Thank you for your kindness Marianna, you made my day❤️Edit: The entire staff is awesome at this location. I unfortunately had to witness a Karen in action and the management on duty today was doing such an amazing job keeping her composure and kindness throughout the ridiculous ordeal. More self control and patience than I could ever imagine. The staff here deserves a big pat on the back AND a raise while you’re at it! Outstanding customer service and upstanding people that work here.

I haven't been to Panera in over a decade. To be honest, I don't eat out much &:it's just not a place I've ever really craved. They have officially remedied that. I recently saw a commercial for a "Mac & cheese grilled cheese." And I could NOT stop thinking about it. A few days later, I had to have a small surgery and I treated myself afterwards. OMG! For the "full sandwich" (served with chips) it runs around $10 here. I tell you it is worth it. I've gotten take out twice since then. And had this both times. The last time was right before close & they were out of the usual white bread, so I had it on sour dough. Yep. That's how it should be. This is not a sandwich that will usually fit into my budget (or waistline), but i crave it regularly now.

Went to Panera bread Johnson City after work at 7 pm that day to get my wife chicken soup and a bread bowl and they were out. I left with nothing and drove home to Kingsport and stopped at the Panera bread there. Again no bread bowl, baggetts, soup and there were no desert! I asked then why they had nothing in 2 stores and they said the COVID pandemic is altered supplies and they have no staff. I left and went to McAllisters and this restaurant had a full staff and plenty of food! I'm sorry but the COVID excuse no longer works! Panera needs to just own up and say they don't care enough to keep enough staff working and keep enough food in the restaurant too serve their customers when they come in. Why stay open we don't have any food or staff too serve the customers! They either need to just close up shop or drastically change how to do business! It will be a long time for my family will do business with them! I totally wasted my time that night!
