This is the first time ever I have had bad service at any Pals.First of all when you drive up to the first window and the girl just stares at you ,doesn't say anything not hi not what can I get you just stares at you that is rude.You are the first contact a person has and this reflects on your restaurant Second when a person orders a big chicken without cheese and mustard with extra mayo how does that mean no vegetables which is what I got I went back to the window and told the girl it was made wrong and what it was supposed to be and she charges me!
First time at Pal’s! The lady who took our order was very friendly! Wait time was quick and food was delicious! Would definitely stop in again when in the area!
Pals is always wonderful for a quick bite. I recently tried their new Lil Meatball sandwich and it was delicious! Much better than you'd expect. Pals is the best fast food in the Tri-cities area.
I love pals in general! Ive heard them called the In-N-Out of the east coast. Ive tried both and think pals is better just wish yall would have combo's instead of everything separate.
I had an extremely rough 12.5 hour shift at my job on top of receiving some heart breaking news about a friend's health. I drove through Pal's after work because the food is always delicious, but the friendly faces and kindness I received from the staff was even better.
Always great hamburgers and frenchie fries. Milkshake was good but not as great as the burger. Love stopping here.
Are u even from East TN if u don't love Pal's ?!?! (lol) The one here in Gray is awesome !!!! the staff are great- they're all super nice, friendly, n helpful !!!! And they work hard to get ur food made, bagged n out to u in a flash ? my order is always correct, hot n fresh n delicious ? lol. I wouldn't recommend goin during lunch unless u have a few minutes to wait bc of course it's lunchtime n it seems everyone and their mama decided to go n ull be waitin a few minutes n the traffic is badly lined out to the road n even ppl not goin there are stuck in it, definitely need to do some remodeling w their parking lot, but other than that everything is awesome !!!! The food is delicious, oh so very delicious so much so ull end up havin cravings for it !!!! And for breakfast u gotta order some cheddar rounds, they're the bomb !!!!

If you haven't had a Pal's burger, you are definitely missing out! Better than most any other fast food option for a burger. Drive thru only, don't mind the long lines at the busy times of day because the line moves fast! Pull up, order your food, drive around and pay/pickup your meal and you are going to be enjoying a good meal at a good price!
Fast, friendly service. Oh yeah the foods pretty good also. Highly recommended. ?
