I still can't eat their lettuce neither can my daughter. Wish they'd change brands or type they use because I can eat lettuce at any other places/restaurants just not at pals .I always have to leave it off my burger and i really like the food but hate the lettuce ? Pal's tea is way better then McDonald's tea any day of the week ! So 4 stars because of the lettuce it tastes nasty !

It's always packed especially for breakfast but this hometown fast food chain has it figured out. Good food and fast. Best biscuits and gravy in town and one of the few places to get a country ham biscuit.
I don't know how they make burger so fast and make them so amazingly delicious. Like seriously Soo fast. The Frenchie fries are seasoned with something amazing. The prices are amazing. All the staff seem happy to be there and give excellent service. I enjoy there classic style. The line is huge but the super fast service means I never waited more than 5 minutes for an amazing burger and fries.
Pals is usually amazing but this one goes way to heavy on the tomatoes and too light on the lettuce. This is the second time I've eaten here and both times it was the same .
A must stop for anyone visiting East TN! Exceptional in everyway!
Excellent service clean me and my wife came through she had never been through a palace before what a great experience the food was fresh and hot and she is now addicted to your fries!
From an outsider perspective this looks like a local favorite. Especially for the University students. The Line was long during the lunch rush but it moved very quick. I had a burger and fries. Both had more salt than I prefer.
My favorite fast food. I live in Knoxville so I seldomly get it. I wish one could be built in Knoxville that would make my life lol.
