The desserts we ordered were very good. The problem was with curbside pick up and is reflected with my rating. We ordered online for curbside pick up. I received a text telling me what time it would be ready. A few minutes prior to being ready, I received another text saying my order was almost ready and would be out to my car shortly. About 10 minutes after my pick up time, I called the restaurant. They said they would check on it. Another 15 minutes passed by, so my husband went in. The employees were standing around talking, not busy like we had assumed. We had ice cream as part of our order, so it was partially melted after waiting so long. A female told us since they have my name and number, they will give us a $25 credit to use later. There were others parked waiting on their food. Some of them eventually went in also. Curbside pick up sounds good in theory, but not executed well at this location, at least not on the day we went.

Blooming shrimp and drinks were good. Everything else, not so much. Our waitress was nice but “forgot” that we ordered drinks and we rarely saw her. Then, they forgot my husbands shrimp and it took a while for her to even come back so we could tell her. When they finally brought it out, it was 4 tiny burnt pieces that he didn’t even eat. I got the seasonal pasta dish and it was disappointing to say the least. It had one small sliver of steak that definitely did not look like the pic. We spent $80 for poor service, poor quality and small portions. It was my husbands first time there and he has no intentions of returning.
Big disappointment! Had not eat there in many years. Me and my wife happened to be in that shopping senter and decided to try it. I ordered the 6oz sirloin with coconut shrimp. Side of baked potato and a salad. I got my salad I a a reasonable amount of time but it took 20 min after I got my salad to get the main course. I order my stake to be cooked medium. As you can see by the pictures below it was beyond well done. The shrimp was also over cooked. My wife food was not any better. The only thing good about it was our waitress did a good job. Very over priced for the quility of food that we received.
What a WONDERFUL meal on 5/3/2022. 2 were dinning and we (each) had the Prime Rib 16 oz...oh yeah cooked to perfection !! exactly the way we ordered it. The orders were the same, matched up ! Salads were cold and crisp, sides were as ordered and hot !. If I could give a 10 star I would, totally the best Prime Rib I have had in years. Highly recommend this Outback ( Johnson city TN).
They were doing super hero day. our server was Wonder Woman and she did an excellent job and the food was great as usual..
The waitress was great and the food and drinks were awesome ❤️
Service was great. Food was not good. Tasted like old burned oil. Blooming onion inedible and steak, while prepared to medium rare as requested, also had a foul taste. We love Outback but were greatly disappointed. Now, with that said, the waitress was so sweet and cooperative. And the manager on duty removed the steak and blooming onion from our bill, even though we didn't request it. Problem was in the kitchen that night.
Valentine’s Day 2/14/2022 we didn’t have the time to go in to eat so we called in our order and very easy process they know what they are doing. Didn’t have to repeat not one item that was placed we were offered curbside options & everything was smooth. So many other local restaurants could take notes on outback & it would be much easier & better.
We had lunch there today. The food was very good and we enjoyed it very much. The best part was our waiter Nicholas L. He was the best ---friendly, polite , attentive and we were 100% satisfied. Great employee !!
