This was my first time ordering online at Moe's. The online process was pretty easy; however, the order did not get filled correctly. They boast free Chips and queso on every order, we received NO queso. I asked for one of the burritos to have no beans, it had beans. I asked for three extra queso's, I received NONE, but I got charged for them!! My order was pretty easy; and yet, it could not be filled correctly. Not a good first experience. May not return for a.second experience.
Great selection. Everything was fresh, if the item was supposed to be served hot it was, but if the serving was to be cold it was exactly right. The queso was creamy, hot and yummy, great guac freshly made. Lots of crunchy chips. Large servings of anything you order!! More than you can eat believe me. The salsa bar is a tasty addition. Very happy staff. We dined in and had a delicious lunch today.
Wrong every single time I order for delivery. Every single time. Also always missing the salsa. ALWAYS. You pay extra for this service and it's always wrong now and missing stuff.Used to be a good place to go in person, but not sure what's going on with moe's anymore.
Dirty. Portions are shrinking. Steak was insanely salty and squishy like carryover. Chips seemed kind of stale. I get that they were supposedly under renovations, but you can still keep a place clean, especially when there isn't active construction going on. First guy on the line kept throwing out dry jokes (straight faced saying they're closed, etc). Once, sure. But keep poking at a hangry person, and someone's going to snap on him one of these days. Girl at the register was struggling and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Used to love Moe's but hadn't been in years. Won't be back for at least a few years. At least, not the one in JC.
I can’t believe I’m doing this review so low. :(Where to begin? Let’s see, this was one of my TOP favorite taco joints in town. But today just didn’t cut it. First off, instead of “Welcome to Moe’s!” I get, “Hey guys, we’re closed until 5.” Huh? “Just kidding!” Really dude? More jokes ensue. The staff seem puzzled that I want 3 different tacos. Neat. Now what? The girl at the counter is nervous, confused, repeating questions. Let’s get to the table. Our food is different. Smaller maybe? 3 tacos used to leave me stuffed, but I was still pretty hungry. My wife wasn’t too pleased either and I’m talking about one of our (favorite) places. The lobby was trashed and it’s well after lunch rush. I don’t wanna lose another favorite restaurant in town team, let’s get it together!
Good food, the chips could have been fresher,more crisp, portions were small but enough.
They are just okay. Portions are small. I prefer Barbaritos. Monday is the best day to go because of Moe Monday special. If you go after dark they look like they are closed but they are not.
Ladies making the food aren't very nice. There always in a hurry. I always get the same thing because I don't know or have time to check other stuff out or ask them questions about menu items. However I love the stacker. But I like the Bristol location better.
American guy in the backwards hat is the worst. I mean the WORST. Everyone else there is great, but any time me and my kids go in there and see he's working we want to walk out, as we know he will just be horrible.
Good food, generous servings, pleasant staff. Will be back.
