Every time I go to McDonald's they make it easier to go to other restaurants for future meals. The quality is very poor. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of one is because the employees are actually nice when I go there. The quality combined with the price is ridiculous. Being honest I fall on old habits and want them specifically and then I'm disappointed so it becomes a cycle. Because I'm so disappointed with the food I can only compare this location to other locations and say that IF you're craving specifically McDonald's I'd go with this particular location for the customer service alone.
Every time we go to this McDonald’s our food is wrong and what you do get is cold . This night I ordered 2 happy meals both were made wrong and fry’s were cold , they were lined up around the building so I thought at least the fry’s would be hot but I was wrong. They left food out of our order I was going to call back but they didn’t give a receipt either. This McDonald’s needs a definite management change or sell it to someone who really cares because Boone’s creek McDonald’s doesn’t.
My husband went to pick up an icee for me from this McDonald's. And I usually get it mixed, a little blue, red, and coke. In all the many places I've gone to I've never had a problem. But apparently the manager at this McDonald's had such an issue with the mix she was about to charge us for three full icees. She said they had to account for the flavors. That I know is some B.S., so be careful going to this individual one, with that manager.
I ordered a Quarter Pounder Meal with no pickle and 4 piece chicken nugget. I literally live less than 500 feet from this McDonalds. When I got home, the food was cold and there were only 3 nuggets in my 4 piece. I have had problems with this McDonalds before and normally go to one 5 miles away even though I live so close to this one. I will not be going back.
This was the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to! Their self-serve kiosks were very slow. I got frustrated with trying to order so I got in line. Then I saw the screen come up so I jump back over there and finish my order on the kiosk. Got back in line to pay for my order. Everything was very slow. Took a while to get my food. French fries were cold
I was not happy with this visit.I have not eaten fast food in a long time and I wanted a fish sandwich from McDonald's. I ordered through the drive-through and the menu said my meal was $6.69. When the total came up I was charged $7.59. I asked why it was a dollar more and she said she didn't know. I asked again and told her the menu said a different price and she told me tax was added. When I got to the window to pay I told her once again that the menu price was different than what I was charged and she just looked at me strangely and said she would tell someone. ?????
Very rarely do they get an order right. Went there tonight 02/11/2022. Manager was working drive thru. Ordered a cheeseburger plain add bacon. It came out with ketchup. Took it back in and a different manager took the order and he couldn't compherende plain add bacon
I went thru the drive thru, I was the last car and they was closingI went to pay and my card was declined several times, which I found out later that it was due to a hold on my card from me getting gas and they put a300$ hold on my card but the worker was so sweet I wish I had gotten her name because she was very professional and understanding but she ended up given me the order which was a drink, muffin and a water for my dog! I just really appreciated that it just proves that there are still good people out here
Ordered the 2 for 6 got home and my Big Mac was cold and my Quarter Pound with cheese looked a hot mess. The meat was burnt and the cheese was half way on the meat. I only live bout 3 minutes from the restaurant and it couldn't get cold that quickly or cheese look the way it did. It's like hot fast food doesn't exist anymore.
Waited to see if things would take an upswing and I hate to leave a review like this but....4 days ago they ran out of pull apart doughnuts, yesterday the dining room was in the high 50's low sixties, this am all the cinnamon buns were frozen AND they forgot my daughter's hot cakes. Will not be back to this place.
