Will not return to the McDonald's @ main & market. Placed my order, sausage egg and cheese muffin and 2 caramel iced coffees. She repeated the first part and asked if I could repeat the second item. I did, she asked me to repeat again, I did. Then giggling and talking with apparently a co-worker, asked me to repeat it again. I just said thank you, but no and pulled out. I don't go to McDonald's to get laughed at. Again, I will not return.
This is the most pathetic example of a McDonald’s I have ever witnessed. I cannot believe anyone would ever eat at an establishment like this unless they were being forced to at gunpoint. I made the mistake of attempting to get a sandwich before work. Employee( I won’t say employees because I highly doubt they have more than 5) sitting outside smoking a cigarette while a woman is running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to serve two cars in line. As a business advertising a rate of pay that is far lower than any competitor, it’s no wonder they’re having to slave drive to serve food. It’s a truly pitiful scenario and having attempted to order food and having to pull out of line I cannot see this location saying open much longer.
Went for a shamrock shake they told me they only had Shamrock mcflurrys with Oreos in it. Wouldn't you think if they could make a McFlurry they could make a shake? Anyway it's just not the same don't fall for it unless you really like Oreos
Honestly you have no choice but to use this company and to me that is NOT ok!! Variety is the spice of life..right?!? Only having one company to use for your utilities gives them free reign to act however they choose to. Not always had a good experience with them but as I said, what choice do I really have?!??!!
Purchased a just a sausage egg McGriddle threw drive at 8:36 on 3/3/22. A manager older lady with gray hands me the bag after waiting 8 to 10 minutes. I bite into the McGriddle it was hard old like it was picked up it off the floor but like it this what you would find if it was stuck behind the pull out freezer or stuck in the bun toaster and it has started to burn then push it threw with the white spatula. Anyways it was awful (Sucked) 1 bite went to work dissatisfied and no breakfast and it was a waste of $ 4.00 to!!!! Really bad that this is the food you serve to customers!! It won’t happen again!! It wish didn’t throw it the garbage so I could have uploaded the picture of this disappointment!!???
Very under staffed. I think 2 people were working. If you wanted food you had to order it yourself at the kiosk and wait in the very long line.
ill go through and get only dr pepper and 1/3 times they will give me the right drink. they mess it up even when there is no one else in line lol. maybe its their machine
The people who work here are super awesome, nice, courteous, and they have wonderful customer service compared to any other McDonald's I've ever been to. Thank you very much for your awesome service it does not go unnoticed! They very quick, always get my order right, and they're always very kind! These people definitely need a raise or a pat on the back for their awesome work
Train your workers better please, waited 15 minutes in line just for a biscuit so hard I couldn't eat it. I get we are in a labor shortage but come on that is utterly ridiculous. Quit screwing around and work for a change
The experience was great, they are understaffed. However that is not a issue that still try to get your food out quickly.
