Good for a McDonald's but there's this one older woman with a limp who works here that is consistently rude for no real reason. I understand that dealing with public is difficult after a long day, but this is ridiculous. Whenever I walk in I make a point to avoid her at all costs even if that means leaving for somewhere else or just making food at home. Also one day I wanted something before work and I waited 25 minutes for chicken nuggets, only received them after I asked for a refund so I wouldn't be late.
We needed a quick bite and decided to stop here as most places were closed (it was abt 10pm). Tho I don't expect much from McD's, it Def could've been better. We waited seemingly forever to get our food, and of course we had rubber fries from under the heat lamp, a burger with barely any toppings and as dry as sand, and a Dr pepper that was almost out of syrup. But o well... it's McD's so I didn't expect much else. ?♀️? I ate it regardless and will be back next time I'm in a pinch so I guess it wasn't THAT bad... ?
I usually wouldn’t complain about a negative experience at McDonald’s since the expectations are already sooo low, but this place takes the cake. I really wish I knew my cashier’s name because she was the most dreadful human being I have encountered in fast food. She acted like she couldn’t use the coupon code I had from the McDonald’s app in the drive-through despite the fact that I have used them before. I then pulled up the QR code that they provide to use in-store and she acted like her scanner was broken. She then asked what the coupon was for, and I told her. She stared at the computer screen for a few moments before looking back to me and just staring. I ended up paying full price for a couple of heaps of cold garbage. The girl at the next window was far from kind but at least she wasn’t as despicable as the curmudgeon from earlier. I’m going to just start packing my own lunch every time I leave the house if customer service in this country continues to be substandard.
Service was a little slow. The employee at the first window wasn't too friendly. The second one was friendly and helpful. The food was good.
This location is so nasty , sadly I didn't think it'd be disgusting I had people not wearing gloves , touching their faces and then touching my food. The young lady in the front unfortunately did not feel to well. I got a big mac meal and my fries was burnt , the big mac had nothing on it but meat and bread . So this location don't deserve any stars honestly...no refund suggested either besides I'm sorry.
Don't waste your time please again don't waste where time... Go hungry please don't waste your time..... You can get better food out of there dumpster and save your money..,. Prices are going up thanks to Biden.... McDonald's must be owned by democratic owners cause the way they treat customers. Goooo TRUMP...
best mcdonalds in the area, in my opinion. they've never gotten my order wrong or had food is awful condition. only flaw is the drive-thru line can be long.
When you ask for the food to be made fresh they truly make it fresh rather than reheating it. Great experience from the lady at the drive through on the afternoons every day.
Well service was good but food wasn't the best fries were cold. Chicken nuggets you could hammer a nail in with one. Not there best day.
i ate here yesterday and i got terribly sick, i had an allergic reaction from eating something I'm not allergic to. my stepdad got served raw meat two times and the dude who cooked it said it wasn't but it was still pink.
