Is this what they call tarter sauce now? The food gets worse and worse at 1710 West market location!!
Always clean. Most day employees are very nice and helpful. I don't go much in the evening so I don't know much bout night workers.
It's McDonald's of course my order was messed up asked for a carmel ice coffee extra carmel it didn't have any that I could taste
Stopped by to grab a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal from the drive thru. The food came quickly and was tasty. No complaints about the service. This met the expectations for visiting a fast food restaurant.
Gross! Iced tea had some kind of coffee in it, maybe from not cleaning machines? And Spicy Chicken sandwich had nothing on it but pickles. Very disappointing. On way to long appointment so no time to take the meal back.No one in parking lot or drive through at noon; that should have been a clue to me.
I ordered my meal and it was wrong and this isn't the first time I have ordered here at 1710 W Market St Johnson City Tennessee but the girl with the handicap with her leg when I went up to let them know was being rude to another customer doing the same as I letting them know a mistake with the order. When I get up there the same thing rude. When she did my order right I was watching the same women then made a rude comment to the manager while handing my burger up to him saying here's a special order I don't care if she's got a handicap everybody deserves to work I'm a veteran myself with handicaps myself some that was amazingly not coming out while I was standing in there I would fire her backside on the spot regardless of the time of year I'm sorry but that's disrespectful rude and mean McDonald's you are losing business like this I understand the pandemic but being rude isn't part of it!!!!
As anyone can see McDonald's is lacking workers.not serving some things lain closed to drivethrew.i love big macks but not today I beleave the meat had lade awhile anyway it is what it is.
This location is absolutely the worst McDonald’s! Every time I give this place a chance to get my order right they ALWAYS Screw it up !! Last time I got a chicken sandwich deluxe and it didn’t come with lettuce or tomato . This time tonight I stop by to get two McDoubles and a McRib and a McRib supposed to come with onions and pickles and I just get a McRib with sauce smh .
The amount of attitude and disrespect your workers have for the customers is appalling. Every time I go to this location I’m greeted with entitled brats with an attitude. If you don’t want to work with the public don’t work in customer service.
The blonde manager here is a nasty mean old lady. She swore at me and my roommates while we were trying to pick up a door dash and she disgustingly mean. Do. Not. Eat. Here.
