I'm pregnant and love ice coffee but I like my coffee to be super sweet. Could never order it right and today I came thru the drive thru and told the sweet girl taking my order to make it like she likes it and oml it is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much

Their food just isn't what it used to be..now you get 2 really small patties on a lot of bread, basically you're only getting bread instead of meat plus it's greasy..the only thing I'd say i like about McDonald's is their shakes & frapé's ??

It is hit or miss depending on the employees they have. This is the closest McDonald's to me. Right now its great.I am still taking off 1 star for a previous experience. We boycotted this McDonald's for years after the manager decided to change our order because they were out of what we ordered. When I realized my receipt was twice what it was supposed to be I questioned it. The manager offered me the food he had decided I wanted. When I declined it he refused to return my money. I recorded the whole ordeal and sent it to corporate. My money was eventually returned, but this trip to McDonald's was a reward trip for my young Daughter, and that ex-manager ruined that.In a rush my husband went there last year and said they have all new employees. Most of their staff is great right now. They do get bad workers still, but they seem to be flushed out quickly.Their Caramel Frappe is better than Starbucks.Update: giving back the star because of the honesty of one of their current employees.

I only go to McDonald's for a quick, cheap bite to eat that's close to me, so I don't expect great quality or anything, but the food I get here is often cold, dry, and hard. The staff is usually incredibly unfriendly. I also work food service so I get that it's not a fun job and I always try to be super nice for that reason, but I've only had an employee be polite in return maybe twice. But again, whatever, it's McDonald's - I go there knowing what to expect. However, I recently had an unfortunate experience where I tried to place a mobile order and went to pick it up in the lobby, but apparently it was supposed to have been closed for a Christmas party. I didn't see any signage indicating this, nobody I followed in told me this or said anything to me about it. Ultimately they told me didn't receive my mobile order, so I sat down to try to install the app on my phone to show them the receipt, but I couldn't get it to download on their wifi. It was only after I sat there for a good ten minutes that someone told me the lobby was supposed to have been closed to customers. I explained that I had placed the order online at home but I didn't have a car to go through the drive through, so the lobby was the only way for me to get it - pickup wasn't marked out as an option in the app either. They didn't offer to take my order while I was in there or give any solutions for why my order might not have gone through, they just kind of shrugged and said "I don't know" - so obviously I went to leave, since that's what they were asking me to do. However, the door was already locked (even though they knew a non-employee was in there) so I ran into it. Instead of saying anything when I was walking towards it or just.. offering to open the door, the employees stared and laughed at me. One taller girl with a missing front tooth, the one who finally let me out, was particularly rude about it. It was embarrassing enough just trying to get food and realizing for whatever reason the order didn't go through, on top of the fact I didn't realize I wasn't supposed to be there, but their complete lack of empathy was really the icing on top of everything else. It was the first time I was going to eat that day, I just wanted some dinner ffs. This location is consistently pretty below average in quality, but this is absolutely unacceptable. There was a much better way to handle that situation where if they couldn't have just taken my order in there so I could get some food, they could have at least been kinder about the misunderstanding. I've worked in customer service all my life and I don't understand how some of the employees here can can be so rude and ineffective at their jobs.

With 3 Mcdonalds in Johnson City, our favorite late night snack is at the one on Legion St. There soda machine was messed up so I tried the tea. Awesome!!!

Walked in stood infront of cashier for solid min while she played on her phone. Finally got to order waited 12 minutes for couple mcdoubles few mchickens and 2 fries. When the cashier handed me my food I asked for extra napkins I have kids. She told me there was plenty in the bag there was 4. I absolutely do not recommend going there, they was not even busy at the time I could imagine if there was a rush. Service very poor, wait time very poor. Wish I could give negative stars for this review!!

Very busy this morning, they were tossing those orders out left and right. Management was at the front of the house making sure the parade going people were getting fed. Great job

Went through the drive through tonight about 12:50, it was 10 min before close but this mcdonalds was the closest to my house and after a 12 hour shift I was wanting something to eat. Only one person was getting their food in line so I pulled in. I waited there for a good 6 minutes to get my order taken when a car pulled in the other order lane, they never got greeted or got their order taken either. I pulled up to the pay here window as I heard them all giggling and going about in the restaurant while me and the other car was waiting for their order taken. The manager was at the food window and before I had decided to pull up there to tell them that I had been trying to give them my order for the past 10 minutes they shut the lights off. The other car drove off and i sped my way out of there. Really aggravated that they ignored me and the other car while they chatted about and especially disappointing that the manager didn't even do anything while orders were being ignored. They close at 1am, if they stopped taking orders before that, they should've said that before I had been sitting there for that long waiting.

Was going out of town and went through the drive thru to grab something to eat. After I was 30 or 40 minutes down the road I started eating. Ate my fries and reached in to get my sandwich only to find out they hadn't gave mange my sandwich. Needless to say I was upset. I basically paid almost $9 for fries, 2 press and a tea. There was no receipt so I couldn't call them so it could be rectified when I get back.

I tried to get breakfast at the drive thru and sat there while 5 other cars ordered at the second drive thru line. I went inside to order and talk to a manager. The person working the register said he would be back in a minute, he yelled for a manager and didn't come back nor did a manager come up so I left.
