Read alot of bad reviews about this McDonalds.....But......I had a great experience going in for a breakfast sandwich this morning. The lady behind the counter who took my order was super personal and seemed to know many of the customers and their life situations.....wonderful qualities of customer service. Several of the ladies greeted everyone. My sandwich was made quickly.....was hot and tasty. Thank you so much. I recommend this restaurant.
Although the McDonald’s website shows that salads are back, this establishment has zero healthy food and the only reason I stopped in. Since I didn’t bring my lunch and was walking back to the office, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and a small fry. A far cry but the best of the worst. Nothing like a dry chicken sandwich with no dressing, no lettuce, no tomato, and a half filled French fry See photos attached. It is like they have never heard of veggie’s. Terrible and I won’t be back even though i am right across the street. Shame on the franchise owner!
Incredibly disappointed with the service provided. With the state of America right now, and the rising gas prices, myself and my family of 3 have been struggling to feed ourselves every day. We had somewhere around 22 dollars to eat off of today. We had calculated our meal prices correctly at the kiosk before ordering to make sure that we would be able to afford all of it. We get to the register and an employee named Austin comes to take our order; we are NOT by any means unreasonable customers, but the service provided was atrocious. After taking our order, Austin had rung up our total. When we realized it was wrong, we asked him to change the large drinks to mediums (he had assumed we wanted large). Austin dragged himself to his manager, and you could tell that she had been troubled multiple times already that day. After failing to correct our order, Austin became enraged. I understand that he was having problems with the register, but it was no reason to take it out on us. Austin was incredibly rude, and insisted on pressuring us to complete our purchase as we dug through our wallets trying to gather enough change. We were disgusted and insulted with the treatment. We ended up leaving without food that day. We will be avoiding the restaurant from now on, but we do hope for more customer friendly service in the future.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. My family and I are struggling financially due to the rising gas prices and used the self serve kiosk to double check how much our food would cost before ordering to ensure that we would have enough cash. Once at the normal counter, Austin asked us why we were ordering on both the kiosk and the regular counter. Once we explained our situation, he took our order and proceeded to put in the order wrong more than once and had to get the manager to help him. This manager seemed visibly annoyed at Austin, as if this wasn't the first problem she'd had with him this day. Once the order was in and the manager was no longer at the counter, we questioned why the prices were different on the kiosk vs the normal counter and Austin said "Well do you want the food or not?" in the most hateful tone you could imagine. We ended up leaving with no food. Safe to say I am very upset with the service we were given.
Sat in drive through for 15 20 minutes it was late at night which would have been fine if my food was fresh but no
This McDonald’s is a joke. I sat in the drive thru for around 30 minutes and still didn’t get my food. Hell it took only 15-20 before I could place my order. I get there’s a “work shortage” but I’ve been to McDonald’s where there was only a couple managers and they still managed to get my food to me quickly, albeit a bit underdone. What’s more is that I can go during breakfast and get my food almost immediately there. Fortunately for me since I didn’t get the chance to pay, I was able to leave to not run the risk of running late for work.
My wife and I only bought a sweet tea along with a large fry. The cost was well over half of what it should have been. Paying almost $10 for that order was awful expensive.
Even after they asked me at the window was it no pickles no onions!!! wtf how stupid do you have to be to work there??? I’m allergic to ONIONS!! Next time I’m suing !
Restaurant was clean and counter help was helpful and friendly. McRib arrived missing the bottom bun but wasn't a big deal. Less bread was a good thing.
DO NOT EAT HERE! I work nearby and over the weekend I bought lunch here. I had food poisoning for the last 3 days! When I got back to work, I found out some of my coworkers have been getting sick after eating here recently, even out to a month ago! Times and foods varied, so eat here at your own risk.
