I ordered a filet of fish combo. The cheese hung off the side of the sandwich, so half of the sandwich had no cheese or tartar sauce. The fish was barely warm. Poor preparation and poor quality for a meal.
I like the food here but my kids love it more than me think they would eat here ever meal
I simply love the sausage and egg biscuits as well as the gravy biscuits (could have had a bit more gravy though). Super fast and one very nice lady at the cash register. Thanks for helping make it a wonderful morning.
Ask for a hot fudge Sundae and here’s what we get. The fudge is just clumps and it was overflowing everywhere.
This location in gray, as I went there today the people that was working you could tell they didn't want to be there at all and was very very rude and disrespectful, they mess up all the time on orders and then think ur a lier but yet u have a receipt to show and still yet they don't want to fix the problem, and one looked high as a kit, if they don't like there job don't take it out on people goin through the drive thru go find you a different job there is plenty of people hiring not just McDonald's.

Never ever go to this McDonald's in piney flats they will always mess your order up and then when you called to say something about it they're the ones that want to complain to you.
They gave my food to the vehicle in front of me . Which I could see that car. Open up the bag and touch all the food and give it back Then they tried to give me the same food . I refused and wanted new food. They told me to pull ahead . I did. They came out with the same grease stained paper bag and handed it to me . Within 1 mjn . Food was cold . Had to be the same food that I told them I didnt want. Pathetic.
If you aren’t going to be open on Christmas morning, please give some sort of indication that this is the case. Please don’t let me and 10 other cars circle around your building for an hour trying to find out why it says you are open online and I was able to PUT IN A MOBILE ORDER AND SPEND MONEY AT A PLACE THAT WAS NOT OPEN! And waste our time on this precious Christmas morning. My money is gone, I am disappointing and upset. Won’t be eating here again very soon…
