Placed an online order at 12:28 that said it would be ready by 12:46. I get there at 12:45 and still had to wait until 1:00 before it was brought out to me. I wouldn't be as irritated over it but I asked a girl about my order, she proceeded to look for all of 10 seconds and then just abandoned me without any form of update.Also, this place is way too expensive. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 sides, no drinks since they're $3.50 a piece now, and it was still $22. Yeah the sandwiches are really good (my only reason for 2 stars) but they're not $22 good.
Food was top quality as most of them are. Drinks were fresh and food was very good. Our server was excellent and was on top of our refills and making sure we had what we needed to get the most out of our meal. Their Broccoli and Cheese soup is the best you will find anywhere. We will definitely be going back when we are back in Johnson City which is at least once or twice a month for the family. The wife works close to their with her job at Ballad Health a couple times a week. She has really fell in love with the place. She had not ever eaten there until we started dating 1.5 years ago. But I think she is a life long customer now. She loves their tea and their lemonade.
The only thing I have to say good about this place. Is it's clean and the food is decent. But what ruins it for me is the staff. I cannot believe how rude they are. I would not recommend this place for anyone. And I don't leave many one stars or five stars reviews. I'm a fair and honest reviewer. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out to me
Food is good, but I often pick up deliveries from there. There's a certain server that is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Overall good tastes wonderful but some of the staff need training or an attitude adjustment.
Whenever I order via the app for curbside pickup they always leave something off my order. I reached out to the store manager and they stated they would send me a couple of food vouchers, this was almost a week now, but I have yet to receive them.
My wife and I eat here on average twice a week. The 2 stars is not about the food but the atmosphere. Three of our visits in the last month and you would thing you were walking into a nightclub. Music blaring so loud that you have to really strain or say what a million times to the person on the other side of the table to hear what they are saying. Not my kind of music but it would not bother me if they just didn't play it so loud. Afraid to tell them to turn it down since they are preparing my food. Oh well the employees were enjoying the music.
The food was good but I called ahead and my order sat on the counter untill I complained but it heated up just fine it could of been a more pleasant experience no worries
Serious issues with the consistency of the food. One time the sandwich will be full of ingredients. The next time there is almost nothing on it. Plus they skimp on the chips with the tortilla soup. Love the soup. But seriously comes with like 3-5 chips. They were giving teeny plastic bags that would have only a few as their ‘extra chips’, this time they brought out a small bowl to go with three orders of tortilla soup to share as their idea of extra. For three of us. And the soup came with less than that. Chips are not going to bankrupt them. Mexican restaurants give bottomless chips. They used to give plenty but not in a few years. Tired of having to ask for extra and then getting treated like it’s a big deal. IF I go again I’m taking my own bag of chips to make a point.
Stopped by to pick up a salad for lunch. Ordered a southwest chicken and avocado salad and it was delicious. Got a big portion size with fresh vegetables and good tasting chicken. I stopped at the designated spot for pick up and the worker brought out the food within 2 minutes. Would recommend stopping by for a nice meal.
I ordered table side delivery via the app. I use the app for delivery all the time, and it was the same system ordering for the table as anything else. It's black Friday at noon, so the store is very, very busy. We got our drinks in under 2 minutes, and our food arrived right in the 20 minute window given by the app. All of the food was made exactly to order (my wife is gluten and dairy allergic so I am very specific with her order). Very good experience, will definitely come back when in the area again.
