Throughout the pandemic, this restaurant has remained consistently great. The staff…good and bad…but the food is still great…and honestly one of the few chains in JC that has continued their commitment to quality. I hope they don’t change. Servers come and go…don’t care…it’s the quality…please don’t change!

If it didn't start out on such a bad experience, I would have given probably a four or five star rating. When we walked in we hostess just kind of looked at us. Didn't say a word. We waited then about 3 minutes later. Ask how many? Not a greeting, not even a smile. The server then walk this over to our seat. The waiter was an amazing and outstanding though. He had about five tables full and even was able to keep my drink always full. The food was really good as well.

Usually the food is excellent - not this time. We both ordered the steak sandwich medium well after the waitress assured us that the steak would still be slightly pink. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. It was tough and dry and about half the thickness of the picture on the menu. The bread was over-toasted and rather hard to eat. Salads and potatoes were fine.

Out for a Birthday Dinner...Started out w a Dirty Table and floor under table had food everywhere... waited 15ish minutes for Salad..Waiter but thumb in my salad dressing and spilled it (understandable), brought Me a new salad w dressing on side..both container had food (Croutons/pickles) in them ...Food comes out and my well done meat had Blood running out on plate..I said, what is that and w hesitation, a server said, juice....I ask for a manager, She said, I am a manager....I said Blood and She said cut it to see..It was half raw...She said I'll hv it put back on the flattop (I cut w a knife I had already used) and said, I don't think You are suppose to put back on a flattop after cutting it w My knife..She then said, I'll get u a new one.....We had already waited sometime for our food..so I said ok..Approx 10 minutes later it was brought back perfectly cooked..Waiter brought E a dessert for BDay...My meal was taken off considering I brought most of it home w Me..and Yes, I left the waiter a large tip so NO I was not looking for a free meal....

The Experience was pleasant and service was very good. The salad, appetizers and sides were good, but the steak...it tasted like it had been soaked in tenderizer, flavorful enough but painfully dry even though it was medium rare. Second time I've had their steak, the last one was the same.

This food was awesome! I definitely recommend getting the “Texas Tonion” and the “LH” Burger with raspberry lemonade. This is one of the few places that is still good.

Good chain restaurant steak. Sat at the bar due to a long wait. Good food, and the service from the bartenders was amazing.

It took a while for us to get a server. I think some people were running late or didn't show up, but once we were seated and our server finally came we couldn't have asked for better service, greater food, and friendly atmosphere. The only thing about Longhorn I would change is your type of bread. Those little loaves of bread are so hard. All in all it was a great visit and I plan to return.

I have gone for lunch & for dinner lately & the food & service could not have been better. LongHorn is the best steakhouse, way better than Ruth’s Chris, & servers & Manager are wonderful! I especially LOVE the filet & strawberry pecan salad! Desserts are amazing as well.

A lackluster steakhouse experience. The staff was friendly and I was seated quickly but it took quite a while before the server came out for as many employees I saw standing around. I ordered a NY strip rare and mashed potatoes. The food was properly cooked but seemed totally unseasoned and came out rather tepid. Being one of the only customers in the restaurant, I expected piping hot food from the kitchen but that was certainly not the case. The steak had a nice appearance with good grill marks but it was obvious the grill had not been cleaned recently, as the steak tasted unpleasantly smoky and dirty. I think chef confused the burnt grime left on the steak as good grill marks... I had to use steak sauce to cover up the burned chemical-y flavor of the dirty grill. Though the steak was rare, it tasted like your Uncle Bob's special extra well done (burned) steak at that last family reunion. The potatoes were also lukewarm and unflavored. Don't be afraid of salt and pepper chef! I've been to better Longhorn locations and won't be returning to this one.
