My order is always wrong. They always have an attitude with me even though I am patient and kind. Today, I was lied to straight to my face. I was told they couldn't give me a large water that they only have smalls.... yet it's in the same cup as they serve soda in and I got a large soda as well, no problem. Foods a wreck, employees are a wreck.... I used to work there. I know what it's like. And NONE of that was right. Definitely wasn't worth the 20+ minute wait in line.
Burgers were good. They make them fresh for you. Chili fries way to salty. Got a purple Icee drink. Little sweet but fun.
You know what? Despite all the bad talk I hear about Krystals, yet again my food from here was good. Great sliders, and my Coke was perfect --super carbonated & fresh.IMO, keeping it simple has always been the rule here: stay away from all the gimmick menu items, and just get the original sliders. (I actually think they're best without cheese... just that steamy onion + pickle + mustard goodness.) The fries are hit or miss... but they're great when they're fresh.
Went there last night and ordered 4 of the pick five set there for 20 minutes only to get home and not have all my food. Called the manager and they said I would have to have the receipt. Tried calling back last night after I got home and no one answered the phone. I really like this place but ever time I go there they forget something. Will not go back.
This s*!Г is fire AF!! Long as they cook their fries fresh. I had 5 stars on it until i thought about all the times i stopped there and had to trash my fries.... But the mini Krystal burgers top notch real talk!!!
Placed order at 2:02 received order at 2:21 and there was NOBODY else on the drive thru line. They only have drive thru. We were charged 4% more if you don't pay cash!! I used a debit card and was charged 4%. Food wasn't bad for "fast food" but not worth what your charged or how long you have to wait. I do not recommend this fast food Krystals.
Took forever to get our food. Nice people saved it from 2 stars.
I’m a night owl, and Krystal is the only place open sometimes. They’re ALWAYS super nice. I showed up 3 minutes before they switched to breakfast and they made me a fresh batch of what I ordered off the dinner menu. Above and beyond. AND might I mention, it ABSOLUTELY SLAPPED. Honestly if you guys see this, thank you. You made my night so much better. ??????????
The chicken sandwich is better than the burger which really isn’t saying much. They charge almost the same price as a McDouble for a paper thin patti on a roll.I remember when you got 10 Krystal’s for $3 and I’m only 43. Now they are almost $1.50 a piece. Not even remotely worth the price.
Ordered the five cheese crystals in chili cheese fries. Did not get my chili cheese fries but was replaced by a small fry for some reason. And I was in line for 15 minutes of my lunch break so I only had 10 minutes to finish it. This is not fast food and from what I read, their responses to their reviews are poor at best. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
