Kingsport location.. The employees are RUDE! They rarely have the hot light on even tho u checked online and drove an hour to get there and u ask in drive thru if they have HOT glazed with it being a Saturday and ur there at 8 pm and lil miss replies with NOPE! this has happened to us on more than 3 or 4 occasions at this same location. Many complaints…nothing done! Your snotty little workers are running this place in the ground fast!!
My online order was ready without waiting when I got there. The doughnuts were deliciously fresh even though it was not during their Hot Sign hours.

We stopped on a whim this afternoon for a sweet treat. Amber was very friendly and courteous. The donuts were as I remembered from past visits.... consistent but very sweet.Raspberry and lemon filled are my favorite. I would have liked more cake donut options....they only had blueberry.
I completely understand how bad it can get with being short staffed. I visited the store at 7 AM this morning and there is a sign on the door that says drive-through only. I looked in and saw about 7 other customers inside of the store so I thought maybe they didn't have time to take the sign down, I proceeded to walk in the door and was screamed at by the woman behind the register that they are taking no more customers inside that if I want food I need to go through the drive-through.I like this place a lot but there was no reason for her to scream at me like that.
Love my Krispy Kreme donuts. It's said they closed the Bristol Virginia store. I have to drive about 46 miles one way. But very happy when I est one and bring the rest home.
