We not sure what going on with this location...but everytime we have gotten this location THEY NEVER HAVE POT.PIES EVER AND THEY SAID COME BETWEEN 3-5 PM AND THEY WILL HAVE THEM WELL WE HAVE CAME 13TIMES BETWEEN THOSES TIMES AND NO POTPIES EVERY OTHER LOCATION HAS HAD THEN ONE TIME WE CAME AND THE GUY WORKING THE DRIVE THRU OFFERED TO PUT ONE IN AND WE WAITED ...HES THE ONLY EMPLOYEE TO DO THAT OR EVEN ASK I UNDERSTAND THERES NOT ALOT OF HELP JUST TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF POTPIES are NOT AVAILABLE THATS ALL

The signs says 2 pc breast & wing it should say breast and wing the sign ia miss leading it needs to be changed the way it reads now it makes you think 2 pc breast and a wing making it out to be 3 peices i will nkt be eatting there anymore you all are riping people off God will get you for the decite may God help you ripe offer and that is being nice but I dont feel nice because you cheat people

My Lady and I recently visited this place and she was up-charged for changing the pieces to breasts only (this is normal), and every single piece they put in her box was totally dry and hard as if it had been setting there for days. To make matters worse, they did not even give us our receipt so to allow us to fix it. The food here is horrible and worthless.
Restaurant was very clean & food was delicious. Guy that took our order could have been more friendly.
I love chicken but I feel like the restaurant has gone through too many changes without finding where it wants to be as a company.The young man at the window was very cool though.Maybe I just need some Nashville hot wings ? and I'll have a change of heart ❤️
I know fast food restaurants are hurting right now due to employee shortages and food supply shortages but I pulled up to the speaker in drive thru around 8pm, saw one employee out front smoking. The guy at the speaker said he’d be with me in just a moment. So I waited. And waited. And waited. I tried to back up but it’s one of those drive thrus you can’t get out of once you get in. Then the voice at the speaker said “please give us just a moment” and at the same time I saw the person who was speaking to me getting out of his car and locking it and running back into the restaurant! So basically he was in his car on break, making me wait until his break was over. By this point I was angry and I’d had enough so I pulled ahead and ended up getting stuck behind a car who was waiting in drive thru for 10 more minutes!!! So essentially I was in their drive thru for 20-25 minutes for no reason whatsoever. And when I finally pulled away the other employee out front smoking was STILL out there smoking. Unacceptable.
The last 3 times I got food from this location, the chicken was so dry I could hardly swallow it. I just wont eat there anymore.
meh. I LOVE KFC pot pies and that's what I got here the last time I went. I have to say, I usually go to the Kingsport location, but this visit to the JC location was much less than perfect.The pot pies were more like chicken soup! the insides were so runny they ran out all over the box and the bag by the time I got where I was going & also they left two items off my kids meal. I got popcorn chicken and green beans but they didn't give him his apple sauce or his dipping sauce. Also, the kids meal says it can come with milk but when I asked for milk they told me they don't carry dairy products like I was crazy?! it says it right there on the menu (which is what I told them). They responded, well that's not correct. Well, change it !Overall I am still giving them three stars because I still like KFC and maybe it was just an off day for them.
