Huge fan of Jersey Mikes, in fact i love the subs here . This was the best visit of any Jersey Mikes ive ever been to. My order was ready in a flash,i had a special request and it was met with NO hesitation, the young lady that took my order and helped me was over the top friendly and made me feel like i come here every day , she was wonderful. And of course, the sub,#13, every single bite to the last ,was as good as the first. Thank you for great food and over the top service.
The food was good. The manager seemed upset and was taking it out on employees and customers, my wife and I included. Guy in the back messed up our order. We called the store he answered, he fixed it. We came in to pick up the sandwich and the manager fussed at us, because her employee didn't communicate with her that we had called about the mistake. Aside from the manager that was on duty at the time, it's a good place.

My girlfriend and I are fairly picky about where we eat because we have dietary restrictions and many restaurant employees aren't adaptable enough to meet our needs. That said, this is one of our favorite places to eat. ALL of their employees are personable, polite or both. I am always impressed with their quality level. It's high and consistent. I work in an industry where customer satisfaction is everything, and I have taken notes from these guys. This really is a great team they have here.
First time at a Jersey Mike's was yesterday and I'll definitely be back! Staff was super pleasant and even accommodated making our gluten free sandwiches, which were absolutely delicious! 5 stars!
I know my experience from of course my hometown! The Jersey Mike's that I have only known in Kingsport has been fabulous, I like example my husband travels y'all should know he's a truck driver so. Anywho, everything I received from Jersey Mike's actually for dinner last night that I paid for in Kingsport fan effing-tastic! And I ordered my lunch from work and of course asked for my favorite the number six Jersey Mike's way if you don't mind add cucumber and banana pepper and they listed I arrive and the bread the Rosemary bread which is amazing in Kingsport let me Express that again. The Rosemary bread is amazing in Kingsport first time trying it yesterday evening made me want it and crave it again so I got it for lunch today in Johnson City. It was nothing alike I get it maybe a bigger city but take value and everything you do from bread to slice to cut to what the customers are asking for and if you're willing to get a cucumber added to your menu for the rare occasion when asked for instead of just telling the customer no. And never own I just started and I'm learning on the phone when you're talking to a customer that feels confident in her order and is very questionable about her pickup. However delicious combination I love it it just could have been so much more to the extent of what I've experienced with the brand name Jersey Mike and just one location. This weekend I'll tell you about nashville's!
Super clean! One of the few places we have felt comfortable eating at while covid has been going on. They always have great help in the store also, very well run and glad it's right down the street from us.

My wife and I ate here today. Food was excellent. store was very clean. The service was even better. Staff was upbeat and friendly. They even sang along with the radio. We felt like we were being serenaded at times. Overall excellent experience. Love this place.
Love Jersey Mike's, specifically this location! Leigh-Ann, Heather, Taylor, Makayla, and all of the employees are incredible and do such a great job. I've never been disappointed! Highly recommend.
