Watched game 5 nyc-tb great time and the pretzels were bomb
Can't tell you about the food. Waited 15 minutes in a half empty restaurant for a table for 2. When I asked one of the 3 employees loitering around the hostess station I was told the main hostess would be back to seat us. After she came back, was told we were waiting and didn't acknowledge us looked at her seating chart made a note and walked into the back we walked out the front door. Plenty of other places in a 5 minute drive in any direction. There won't be a need to go back.
The manager on duty, I believe his name was Matt, was genuinely bullying his employees. I heard him, multiple times, yelling at his employees over nothing. He even then proceeded to yell that one of his employees doesn’t do anything, when I saw this type of unprofessional behavior I was extremely flabbergasted and feel so bad for the girls. Will not be back, but not due to service just the management.
Refused alcohol service on an approved overseas drivers license. Was told I need my passports.
We rode up to bluff city to pick up a 76 Cadillac hearse from the coolest guy I have ever met. We just happen to stop here on our way back towards Spartanburg, SC and you are without a doubt the coolest h00ters I have been to. A huge shout out to the bartender that took a picture with me sitting on the hood of Big Hellda. I never even caught her name. and another shout out to the guy sitting at the booth beside us that asked her to do it, and she almost didn't get ready in time.
Not what I remembered about Hooters. I can't say it's worse or better than any Hooters I've been in. Cuz it's been a long time since I've been in one. I definitely will go back and try it again and give her an updated review
I ordered several different chicken wings for a party. The garlic habanero and the lemon pepper dry rub wings had good flavor. However, the 3 mile island wings were kind of bland - I don't know if it's a local thing but I have tried hot wings from several places and they are just not very hot.One thing I did not like was that several of the drumstick pieces were cracked and splintered. I know this happens occasionally, but there just seemed to be too many that way. Everyone kept chewing into the loose splinters.I ordered online for pickup. The ordering process was pretty easy, and my order was ready right on time.
Awful service. Never got waited on we had to tell someone we’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, then waited over an hour on our food. Spent and entire 3 hours there for nothing. When I got my wings they weren’t even covered in bbq.
poor service and management dropping the f bomb to employee I. the kitchen telling him to get the f outside where everyone could hear I told the Manger that was very unprofessional he asked me to leave and treated to call the cops never will I step back into any hooters
Best bloody Mary I've had. Ever. The food was bland though. Also our waitress sucked. Worst customer service. Will probably be back to get a bloody Mary though. So way to go bartender, you earned 5 stars.
