Just no. They forgot my shake the first time and I had to wait like 10 mins for someone to make it and they messed up our whole order. Not the kid on registers fault though because the receipt was correct. It was the people in the back. In the end, my partner's burger was fixed but I still never got what I ordered because they replaced MY burger with his correct sandwich instead of replacing the ACTUAL wrong one (his). And all the ketchup packets were sticky. Small detail but it bugs me so much when condiment packets aren't kept clean because it's just super gross to pick up a handful of sticky, nasty packets. Food was good but not sure if I'll go back just because it's really annoying to have an order be wrong in the first place, let alone it still not be right after you go back up to address the issue.
We had quite a debacle on a previous visit and we were a bit hesitant about returning as it’s an hour’s drive from where we live. However we were in the area and decided to use the gift credit we were given. Needless to say from the onset what a different experience we had. Greeted by the manager Anthony and he was courteous, helpful and we just knew things were going to be great. We ordered and the food was prompt, hot, appetizing and just delicious. I’d like to repeat that the manager ANTHONY is a great example of hospitality and we are so appreciative of having had the pleasure of dealing with him. Applause Freddy’s for having Anthony on your staff!
I was so annoyed by the gentleman that took my order, he had two masks on, he didn't speak clearly or loud enough so everybody even after I got my food was leaning in to hear him and then he acted like he couldn't hear that the masks were affecting his hearing, every time he touched the cash register he used hand sanitizer so I sat down to eat my lunch and watched customer after customer go through the same experience I did with this young man, he moved around the dining room at a snail's pace doing basically nothing putting on gloves then washing the gloves with hand sanitizer then when he got back to the cash register he took the gloves off and then use more hand sanitizer so basically Freddy's is paying him to just use hand sanitizer and be a germaphobe, just really was disturbing to see the extreme that he was going to and giving poor customer service to boot it happened between 11:30 and 12:30 yesterday which was Saturday in the Johnson City location
Really have enjoyed this place. Foodnhas always been fresh and hot. Good variety as well
3 visits in a row that something was forgotten, wrong, or this time both. When I return back to the store to tell them that my sandwich was wrong they offer to give to the missing condiments and cheeses to add myself, to a sandwich that wasn't mine, that I had to finger through 3 times to prove it was made wrong. Then after sitting at the window long enough for the rest of the 49$ I spent to get cold in the passenger seat, driving home and finally getting to take a bite of my burger, it was completely raw.. How do patties as thin as what you have get served raw?!?! I loved the restaurant when it 1st came to town, lately as soon as someone asks to eat here I'm instantly filled with dread to deal with the typically non friendly staff with thier obvious minimal effort attitude & the over priced Inedible burgers.Now if done right this place is great and tasty. Still pricey but atleast half worth it.
My concrete was almost melted/sort of like a thick chocolate milk. Brought it home and put it in the freezer. Not sure if that’s how they make them or if I got a bad one, not sure I’ll be back.
First trip here and last trip too. Burgers are extremely thin. I was expecting it to be less than thick. But paper thin? Ordered a concrete and it was anything but concrete. Very thin and runny. I was expecting a Culver's type concrete. This poured like chocolate milk. So perhaps my expectations are the problem. Nonetheless, not to my liking so I can't picture going back.
I just witnessed a horrible interaction between a manager and a fellow picking up a to-go order. The man began the conversation by calmly and politely explaining that he was in the process of dealing with a customer concern and had a question about the order. About that time the guy's internet glitches and rather than doing the right thing and waiting to see what the concern was, the hateful gutted, smart-eleck, disrespectful, unprofessional manager began to proceed with bagging the order anyway and he did so in a very dismissive fashion. Naturally the man who came to pick up the order took exception and pointed out the jerk's behavior. The jerk-manager began to run his mouth disrespectfully and utterly refused to provide the name of his supervisor. I was appalled to stand and witness this treatment. I will not be back to this establishment. This happened at about 4:35p.m. on Thursday, March 3.
We ordered the bacon burger combo today...It was the best we've ever had... Kingsport had that title before today, Keep up the great service..Guys, it's worth the price..we could tell at the first bite how good it was going to be.
20211220 I had Vietnamese meals and spent $$, and the meals were not nearly as good as Freddy's. So wring, but here I sm, 2nd time. I got the same meal, Patty's Melt and sundae. It was even better than the first time!! The PB sundae was good. I might like the Hawaiian one a tiny bit better. Both my pups loved the frozen custard. I'm going to try to come back again before we head up. We need a Freddy's back home.20211218 This is my first time at a Freddy's. There was one by my hotel in West Columbia SC, when I was there a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have a chance to eat there. I arrived late tonight and most restaurants were already closed. I ordered the patty melt meal and the Hawaiian sundae. Oh my goodness! The patty melt was delicious!! The rye bread made it extra good. The hawaiian sundae was amazing... great combination of coconut, pineapple, nuts, Strawberries. My pups loved the frozen custard. I will definitely return again before I head home. The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and helpful. It took awhile to get the food after ordering. It's made to order.
