So as usual the food was good lacking in customer service my ticket was 75 and when Ticket 84 was called I was questioning the staff especially one little boy Keshawn and I said boy because he acted like one! Plus no leadership shown, and he was very rude and finally very abruptly flung my food order bag across the counter to me !!! Yes you read right! Very bad customer service last night!! We have been to other locations and never been treated this way!!
If you are going to charge $10 for a burger it better be hot and fresh. The fries tasted like the grease hadn’t been changed in weeks. If I’m paying $25 for a meal I expect it to taste great. Highly disappointed in my experience here to say the least.
The best burgers and fries that I have ever had, not to mention the number of fries. They have all of the toppings for the burger of your choice for free. You can optionally get a lil burger with one patty or a regular burger with two patties ( almost a half-pound of meat). They offer a little fry for the individual, a regular fry for two, and a large fry that can portion four or even more. The store is always clean and the people who work there are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for always being my burger go to!!!
Burger was great. Customer service good. Just wish they would give more info on menu board like the approximate weight on each size burger. I loved the fries. The tea could have been a bit stonger but overall pretty tasty. I will go again.
Bland and overpriced burgers, fries are fantastic though. Think movie theater prices for fast food level food.My advice; save yourself $10 and get a better tasting burger combo from Wendy's or if you're wanting to splurge go to Midcity Grill in downtown JC for a real gourmet burger that won't leave you feeling like you just got conned.
Burgers were very dry, flavorless and cold. Cheese wasn't melted at all. Fries were overly done. Not the quality I've come to expect from 5 guys.
My first time there ... very bright and welcoming ... our food was exceptionally good. A definite do over!!
Always a long wait even when ordering ahead. That's all I can really say food is good quality every time
I go to Fives Guys quite a bit at other locations. This is the best one I have been to in years! The buns where fresh, the Fries where done to an amazing crisp outside and fluffy inside. I will be stopping here again when I drive through town next time.
It was one of the best burgers that I did eat the price I thought was pretty crazy I don't think I've ever paid almost that kind of money for two cheeseburgers and one fry but I will I will be back
