I love the bread sticks and chicken Alfredo. I have ate here a lot and most items are delicious. I like the spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna and all the chicken dishes as long as it is grilled, I am not a fan of the breaded chicken dishes. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. They do a good job of getting your food ready really fast. It is always hot and fresh.
Run down, using dining room for storage of to go boxes/cups/cutlery/etc piled up in the corner, forgot the kids food, didn't ask if we were dining in or taking out, didn't bring food to us just assumed we were going out and we had to go to counter to get our food which was bagged and in take out containers. Food was sub-par, children's cheese pizza had half of the cheese slid off the pizza and part of it was hard. Not a very good experience and not the first time either. Haven't been here in about 3 years because of bad service and issues similar but thought surely they had changed but I guess not. The Fazoli's in Kingsport is wonderful and totally different! Do not recommend the one in Johnson City!
Stopped by Fazoli's last night I had very fast service best yet in any restaurant I've visited the food was great love this place

I always enjoy Fazoli's. I had not been there since since this pandemic. And not thru the drive-thru since October 2021. The food is very good. Service was a little slow. I think because someone ahead had a large order. It was worth the wait.
Listen, this is like my favorite place to eat but I was SEVERELY disappointed in my order today. Did the size of the baked spaghetti change permanently or did I just get screwed over today? It's the same price but maybe 1/2 to 3/4 the size it normally is. My dad also drove through today and got the same small size of baked spaghetti. If you're going to shrink the size of the order, please shrink the price too.
messes up at least one item every time we go. Of course in the large bag the items missed would be found at the very bottom so we spend an hour driving what should be a 20 minute drive every time we come here to get our food. I understand once or twice but this is just ridiculous.
It was awesome! As always! I give 5 stars. The food was great and the price wasn't bad either. I love this place! So, I gave four stars for one reason, as soon as I went to pull out of the restaurant, I got a screw in my tire before I made it out of the exit.
Breadsticks!!!!!!!! All the breadsticks!!!! The pizza baked spaghetti is also very good and I've not had a bad slice of pizza from here either. The pizza isn't the best but also a far cry from the worst. Give the pizza a 7/10 but the breadsticks........12/10 just wonderful, and if your dinning in they are unlimited.
We ordered from the catering menu today. There was more than enough food for all of us to have plenty and lots of leftovers too. I was skeptical of ordering the Alfredo, but it was honestly better than Olive Garden! There’s no way possible I could have bought groceries and made this meal any cheaper than the price I paid for it. I decided on this meal for my birthday bc my momma is home bound with dementia and it was easier to get together for dinner this way. She ate more tonight than she has in days. Thank you so much!
