As always, the food is good. As with all things COVID and Sunday dining in Johnson City, the service was relatively slow. But most disappointing is that the restaurant allows people to use the outdoor dining patio as a place to smoke. The smokers could stand behind any table, leaning out on the patio fence, and smoke. The smoke wafted over all the tables. While we were there, smokers stood behind three different tables to smoke. The restaurant even provided ashtrays.
Came here 15 min ago. My wife and I waiting at the front for about 5 min till someone noticed we walked in. Got seated, shortly after the brought chips then immediately walked away, sat there for 10 more minutes till another waiter asked if we even ordered drinks, finally got to order. Waited 35 minutes for our food. My meal I got came with tortillas and I got a sauce on the side which came 1p min after I got my actual food. After this being our first time. We got up asked to talkto someone, which was the manager. He gave my wife and I the answer they were busy. And did nothing to get us to stay. We walked out without paying.
The carne asada was tender and cooked perfectly!
A friend was treated rudely after picking up her take out order and bringing it home only to find out they messed up her order. After calling the restaurant twice (because they kept hanging up on her), she went back to ask for her money back and the owner reached into his pocket, pulled out a $20 bill, threw it at her and told her never to return. That is poor customer service and I will never go there, ever!

Great great service, food a bit bland, plating and silverware clean and of great quality, restaurant clean as well. They had no fried ice cream though! Would eat here again.
Excellent food, delicious flavor, and generous portion sizes. We actually went out of our way to get take out from here.

The worst Mexican food we have ever had. The chicken was dry , our quesadillas had no cheese in them. The steak wasn't seasoned. The worst part of it all was I had informed them of my allergy to avocados and that I did not want guacamole and they still included it and ruined my whole meal.
