This is a pretty good place I've never had anything but the coffee from here if you don't tell him to barely put sugar in it you will have a candy bar in a cup though
My biscuit was burnt. Employee seemed eh about being there. Kept having to repeat self. Didn’t technically get our order right. But rest of food was tolerable
Times are rough but this business seems to not be able to get its act together nor keep staff. When they’re good it’s great but it’s not consistent.
Use to be a go-to, but this place is slow! Have no idea what is going on with the remodel, but goodness it's took a bit! Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes with 2 cars in front, and nobody in the lobby? When is the lobby reopening, and where's the sense of urgency?
So I usually get the best service here, this is the only dunkin' donuts that actually makes the drinks right that I have found. However, something is going on with them and doordash today. Doordash fix the issue it's no other vendor doing it so I know that it's not doordash. I ordered three times this morning just trying to get a strawberry coconut Dunkin refresher and a bagel. Each time doordash took my money but you guys canceled my order immediately. When I called I was told that you have no idea what's going on with it and that I should try to order again. Only when I did that my order was canceled again. Funny thing is though when I ordered from Hardee's after I was done losing money, they were just fine. And my food from Hardee's is now on the way to my house. This was just a lot of trouble to go through first thing in the morning for a drink and a bagel.
Whoever the owner of this is, should have his ownership taken away! They can’t obviously keep a manager that can keep employees, keep consistent opening hours, keep mobile orders on…I was in a long drive thu line there for 30 mins to come up to the order box with an employee saying they have closed in the middle of the morning! Times before would have their mobile order acceptance on to pick up in the lobby and then come to find out the lobby is closed! Ridiculous!
Please open your Dunkin back up. It's been closed for renovation way to long. The last couple of times and ordered a latte it has been luke warm. My suggestions is train your employees better.Thx
My breakfast sandwich was an absolute mess!I've ordered here plenty of times before and it's usually fine depending on who they have employed at the time. The turnover rate for employees here seems to be pretty high so I never see the same people . I guess someone was in a bad mood when I ordered the very last breakfast sandwich I'll ever order at this location. I'll just wake up earlier and make my own braskfast.
Nice Dunkin' to stop at when I'm in the mood for their food. Drive-thru employees seem to be friendlier than the ones inside for some reason. Otherwise, this location is the most convenient for me.Personal menu favorites are the Sourdough and the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon sandwiches. Their Peanut Butter Cup Macchiato was a big surprise for me as well. Hoping they keep it year round, or at least bring it back every so often!
Long wait and they messed up our coffee order as usual. Thats why we stop here every 5 or 6 months in hopes they can get an order right.
