Ordered a pizza today around 230. At around 300 received a call from store employee stating that his manager had to step out and he could not leave the store and my pizza was going to be late. I was impressed that he called and gave me Warning of the situation. I told him not to worry things happen and not his fault. I received my pizza in about 20 minutes. Brought me plates and napkins offered me a drink but didn’t need any.I have ordered here before and my pizza took FOREVER however I received an email to redeem a free pizza. Now I’m wondering in a time when businesses are mostly all short staffed, if you need it in a hurry why don’t you pick it up yourself or order early. There is only so much they can do.
Order was placed with a 50 min est delivery, after waiting over and hour and noticing that it wasn't showing on the tracker that it was being delivered I called the store at which they Told me that my order was in route and out for delivery another 40 minutes passes and the tracker still shows that it’s at the store so I called back and they told me that it was still sitting there they didn’t have anyone to deliver it so we went to go pick it up.. once we headed to pick it up it showed that our food was being out for delivery so I called the store and they told me that no it was not headed out for delivery I just did that so that way it wouldn’t run their time up anymore that it is in fact waiting for me to pick up so once we get there to pick it up they didn’t even refund me my $4.99 delivery fee that they charged! So we were charged for delivery of our own pizza which we had to go pick up and hour and 50mins after it was cooked
We placed an order in store tonight. As I waited I learned they had briefly lost power in the store and they were quickly getting behind. Well in the time I stood in the store waiting for my order, I saw the most amazing crew get a job done with incredible team work and speed. They stayed positive and never spoke in a rude tone to anyone even though they were pushed to their limits. Well done guys, I want you to know you are greatly appreciated! ❤️
So worst experience I have ever had it showed my pizza being done 6:58pm we didn’t even get the pizza until 7.30 and we are less than two blocks from them oh and the driver said he had to wait for another order to get done I spent $75 for cold not fresh pizza unbelievable I wish I could give 0 stars I have ordered from this location before and they we ok still a little slow but not like this and when I called the store I got told well your pizzas are on the warmer
After ordering another medium to large family order, I check my tracker after an hour and still in the started making phase. I call the store expecting this is inaccurate but nope I was told the regional manager has made it so ANY carry out customers order jumps ahead of a delivery order. I so I ask when will I see my order? I was told 30 to 45 minutes maybe, as long as a carry out order doesn't come in. Because it will jump back to the head of the line. I understand stores are short on drivers and a new 3 dollars off carry out orders but to make it so orders are skipped to for this new program how is that fair to those who pay full price, plus delivery fee, and tip? I use Boones Creek Domino's frequently but waiting and hour then maybe another possibly to feed my family is ridiculous. All due to the regional manager who likeley is not affected by this change is short sighted and ridiculous. What reason is there not to make orders in order as they come? I will think twice of using Domino's ever again. I will also share this review everywhere I can. I would love to speak with someone above the store level like the regional manager
UPDATE to Owner Reply Below...Too expensive and for the second time the food (a pizza and a pasta) was nasty (the previous time it was nasty, semi-raw wings).Dear Domino's Owner, I have no way of sending you the requested information because you DID NOT provide it "so making it right " would be impossible. I guess this lack of info in attempt to make yourself look good is why I'm so aggravated below...The date was January 22, 2022 in the amount of $52.18 (I tried to share a screen shot but was unable to do so).The raw chicken was back in the fall of 2021 and was the reason I was able to convince my wife NOT to waste money there again. I slipped up & had a senior's moment.
Ordered pizza and some sandwiches and it took over 3 hours to get here! I ordered for dinner and I had to get different food for my kids because this just never came until after bedtime. So just save yourself time and order from literally anywhere else.
My wifeand kids loves it I am just not a fan of dominos but guess what we eat here often?
Best experience in the area. I went to several restaurants during my stay, and I am sad to say I tipped so much more for terrible service around here. I did carry out. My bad. This lady deserved it so much more than all of the others.
Took them 20 minutes after the set time to pick up and they messed my order up. Pizza wasn't that great
