Great food, but the "curbside delivery" never happened even though we followed the instructions in the text. Don't bother, just do the drive thru. Also check your order before you leave, we got home missing 2 items and with 2 things we neither ordered nor wanted... That being said, the manager on duty was great and offered to remake our entire order for us instead of just the missing items, which was really sweet as it was not exactly a small order.
I used to work at this store and I can tell you that from someone who knows how things are supposed to be made and look I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I ordered food at 12am and it was supposed to be done at 12:30 and didn't even get my order until 1am. I sat at their pickup window for almost an hour while there screw around and talk. Finally someone told me they were just putting my order in the oven. No gloves, no washing hands, nothing sanitizing about this place. When I got my pizza it looked like someone had sat on it. Mind you I order a pan pizza. I asked for it to be well done and it looked like they put it in a microwave. And they put everything in a bigger box then it needed to be in. Medium pizza in a large box and brownies in a medium box. Wings weren't done and there were the size a green bean cut in half.
My favorite pizza and made by super sweet and great bunch of guys at the Domino’s store on W. Walnut St in Johnson City! I don’t think the staff knows how funny they are but I laugh everytime I go there! Pizza is always just what I order and fast too.
I used to be a dominos only person but after MANY issues at this location I will not have dominos again. We always pickup through the window because we live so close. We’ve had things made wrong, orders incomplete, had to wait up to an hour past our pickup time, raw pizza dough, horrible customer service. We’ve even shown up to be told that they weren’t going to make our order at all. Will not be back and strongly do not recommend.
Ordered 1 pizza and some wings and it took 2 hours to be delivered.Once delivered, the wings were cold, and the pizza wasn’t even cut.Take your money to the papa johns across the street if you want good quality food and fast delivery time.
Good pizza today. Thanks for providing a great meat lovers and supreme pizza for our group training today. It hit the spot. It was hot, perfectly cooked, and the ingredients were tasty. This is what Domino’s pizza should be like.
Sat here for 35 mins. Pizza was cold and they messed up my order. Wouldn’t recommend this dominos.

I ordered 2 pizzas and the brownie last night. The hand toss pizza was missing toppings on half the pizza, even missing the cheese. The pan crust pizza was raw in themiddle and the brownie tasted burnt. I called to complain with no answer last night, I have called 3 times today and still no answer. I'm very disappointed in this location with the service and product they provide.
Never eat here there customer service is terrible, complaints are not handled very well at all. Employees are rude they just ignore you… it’s like your a hassle bringing them money I would never recommend this place to anyone.. my mom has had several issues with them as well. And by the time you get the food it’s cold if you order delivery, and your lucky if you get the right order. The people working tonight very unprofessional
