Service was Excellent and the food was great and they actually put gravy on the meatloaf this time
A good variety for diverse groups. One of my frail little mama's favorite places. She had veggie platter and ate every bite plus biscuits and part of my hubby's chicken! My chicken pot pie was awesome, large portion. Hubby's Maple glazed chicken was awesome and huge portion! My uncle's double biscuits and gravy looked delicious and he ate every bite! Our young sweet waitress was awesome and took excellent care of us! I regrettably forgot her name. Great family gathering.
We got 2 of their Easter to-go dinners this year and, man, were they EXCELLENT! Of course we had to get the glazed ham (because what's Easter dinner w/o that goodness). We also tried out their new Prime Rib and it blew our socks clean off. I highly recommend it when they offer it again.Great job, as usual, Cracker Barrrel ?
Food was very good and not bad in price. Waitress was smashing props to her. She takes all her orders by memory. Said she can do up to 13 orders in her head! Very impressive
Food was amazing as always! I received a nice treat by my server Danielle U. She was extremely attentive, she paid attention to the way food came out of the kitchen prior to it being served to the table, and just had the most amazing uplifting personality. She could seriously work the room. In my life, I have never experienced such a Fabulous server! Please reward her and take good care of her! I'm a Director, and those team members are very valuable to your business.
Yummy! Great crispy bacon. Pancakes are a favorite of my husband. Enjoy shopping the retail selection. Wonderful to visit for a family meal. Never have had a bad experience.
our server Daniel was fabulous. my daughter is special needs and she had a meltdown as server was taking our order and she helped her through it with her kindness and attention. she was a really good server. came back several times and was very accomadating. Johnson city Cracker Barrel off hwy 26
My husband ordered soup beans that had no soup, were cold and dry. He ordered hamburger steak that was cold and tough. His greens were cold and tasted old. My meal was ok. The mashed potatoes could have been not as thick and cold. We have usually eaten here at least once a week. The quality of the food has really went downhill lately. I think we will give CB a break for a while and try some other places.
Great meal
To start off, we are traveling with our TT. Cracker Barrel's are typically RV/TT friendly. Not this Cracker Barrel. All of the RV/bus parking spaces, except one, had cars or SUVs parked in. There were several empty parking places in the parking lots, so I'm not sure why there were cars/SUVs parked in these spots. Perhaps as a deterrent for those of us traveling in RVs/TTs? We were able to park, so that problem was solved. After going inside, things went absolutely horrible. The hostess seated us, and left. We waited 20 minutes - no exaggeration - for a server to never actually show up. At the 20 minute mark, we left. On our way out we stopped at the hostess stand to let them know we were leaving due to lack of a server even acknowledging we were there, not even to offer an excuse or a sob story. We understand that every business is short staffed - we have dined out before - but it's really not hard to have someone - even the hostess - say "we are short staffed, someone will be with you shortly". We got nothing. Not even a glance.When we talked to the manager on duty to let him know why we were leaving he told us that his staff wasn't trained yet, blah blah blah. Offered to pay for our dinner. No thanks.This is not acceptable.Save your time, drive a few more miles and eat some place else.
