Great place to eat but just a bit crowded. The parking lot stays full and the drive-thru is always wrapped around the building, which shows how popular the cook out is. The milkshakes are great at this store and that's all I ordered from this particular one but I'm assuming the food is great too considering the lines and parking situation. 4 stars would have been 5 but they made a minor order mistake the last time I went thru.
waited in the car line for 30 minutes, found out the driver in the car in front of me fell asleep. must have been a drunk college kid… when I finally got to ordering, I had to scream my order so loud my throat hurt, you should definitely invest in better intercom systems. I got a cheeseburger quesadilla, hush puppies, and butterfinger milkshake - the hush puppies were my fav! 3/5
The best cook-out I have ever been to, and my favorite fast food of all time. The staff are fast and friendly, and the food is always hot and delicious.
This place is gonna be the starter of the next outbreak. Their staff doesn't wear gloves. Ive never seen them wash thier hands. I was hungry and didn't eat today the only place that was still open so I decide I was gonna get some chicken and cheese fries. First of all they didn't give me a bag. Thier costumer service was awful. And they got annoyed that i wanted sauce with my chicken wings. Secondly my food was cold by the time I got it the bacon was burnt and the cheese on my fries looked like it had been sitting out all day. Literally the most disgusting food i have ever tasted in my life. Third of all the staff was wrestling in costumers few. I'm a team lead for a fast food chain and if any of my employees acted like the employees at cook out I can guarantee they wouldn't have a job. This restaurant should be ashamed of their employees and the behaviors they allow.
I visited cookout a few days ago. I always have liked to eat there as there food I'd good and decent prices. But on my last visit I went in instead of using the drive thru. I needed to use the restroom... needless to say I will never do that again. That bathroom was so nasty, I could not even use it. I tried to clean the toilet with what was in there but I couldn't. Also my food was cold and had a chemical smell I didn't even get to eat it. When I brought the bathroom situation up to the cashier she did not even respond and brushed it off like she didn't even care. I will not be back and it is a shame.
I give 3 stars due to inconsistencies. Some days I can get this food and it will be perfectly made to my order, and other days where it seems only two items are accurate. I suggest going in the daytime as it seems to be nights that get my order wrong 85% of the time.
I like cook out, there food is good and well priced. The hamburger Quesadilla is awesome. The only problem is everything I go they always get something wrong like forgetting Cajun on fries or when I pay extra for cheese and bacon they forget it. Good food but workers forget stuff often.
The blueberry New York cheesecake milkshake is always really good and I recommend the cheeseburger quesadilla along with their fresh chicken nuggets. They have a Mighty Fine Burger that'll bring you back to childhood when your granddaddy had a cookout it was a little bit slow going through the drive-thru but it's worth it
Love the food but the service is terrible. People at the windows seem to always have an attitude, hardly ever seal the lids on food and it leaks. They act like they are the ones paying for condiments.. Cookout has the worst drive thru speaker
Food always comes out fast. It stays pretty consistent even when it's very busy. The food tastes like you had made it in your backyard. Great charcoal flavor. Very large portions, considering you get two entrees and sides for $5.99. If you like eating food from your backyard grill, then you will like Cookout.
