First time here. Excellent customer service. The young lady that took our order was patient explaining the menu. You can have a salad ? with a scoop of chicken salad or alone or on a sandwich ?. We ordered it with salad and at first it looked a bit small for me. But it was the perfect amount. I felt so satisfied and filled and it comes with a cookie ? which was amazing ?We will most definitely return here.Not over priced at all.
We love the freshness of the different great favors of chicken salad, palmetto cheese and egg salad. Our single complaint if they give a pile of crackers with each meal which is fine, if you aren't gluten free.My wife has to choose potato chips as a side (which costs the same as getting another scoop of something on the menu) because there isn't something as simple (and low food cost) as tortilla chips she can choose to get instead of the heap of crackers. It seems to be a simple and cheap substitute that would fill a need from a sector of people.If you aren't gluten free it's a great refreshing place to eat, if you are it's a bit of a bother.
The chicken salads are amazing, but be careful. I dined here three times this year and was overcharged twice. Check your receipt right away. I didn't check until I got home. The prices on the menu are not the prices you get charged. And they are not willing to make it right.
Me and my wife love Chicken Salad Chic great for lunch or dinner! Love their Broccoli ? salad and there soups to but the many kinds of Chicken Salad is great to choose from like Fruity Fran or Sassy Scotty. Tried several so far and they all have been great and good grape salad as well wish we had one closer to home!
I have eaten with friends often at your new restaurant since you opened. We eat inside, but I always get the larger container of our favorite kinds to take home. My husband and I love our different choices. The servers and cashiers give excellent service. Thank you for locating in Johnson City.!
I wasn't too sure about a place that sales chicken salad of all things. I was stuck in JC for 3 hours and was starting to get hungry but not for much. I wanted something light so I figured I'd give it a try. Oh, man! I'm so glad I did! Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful since I had never been to anything like this before. They gave me samples of the 2 that I was debating to help me decide. The store has a fancy feel to it but had a family/friend feel to it. The meal was delicious!!! I am so excited about it that I was sending messages to people while I was eating, telling them how good it was. I would highly recommend and I will be making this a regular stop now!
What a cute place! Finally, something on the healthier side of fast food, and oh so delicious. I love that "The Chick" combo comes with a cute little cookie. I highly recommend this place. Olivia's Old has perfect flavor for my taste.
I had great expectations for this place but wasn't really impressed. Service was extremely slow for a product that is dipped. For a gourmet style chicken salad on a croissant it didn't really meet that standard. The most disappointing thing was the croissant. It didn't look fresh. In fact it was cold and had the texture of a mass produced croissant right out of the refrigeration section. The sandwich was ok and I liked the taste. It just didn't come up to the standards I was expecting for a specialty shop like this.
The food is amazing. 5 stars. Feels good and tastes good. The only problem is that the drive thru— it can be hard to hear the worker and hard for them to hear you. They should get this fixed. A better speaker, and/or microphone.
Gigi is at the Johnson City store, the sweet and kind lady who gave me a cup at the Bristol store, so I could taste the tea. Stop by and see her. This company is lucky to have her.
