Most efficient, friendliest Chick-fil-A (or any fast food) restaurant I've ever been too. Moved here from up north and this location is head-and-shoulders above what I'm used to. Line can spill out onto the street and they still get you through the drive-thru in < 10 minutes. Been coming here for 6 months and they've still yet to get my order wrong, batting 1.000. It is impressive, incredibly well-run. God bless Tennessee and God bless this Chick-fil-A!
Why is the dining room still closed?! Came here expecting to be able to actually sit down and enjoy breakfast and the only thing open was the drive thru with a line backed out into the road both directions. Some people get fed up with eating in a car or eating while driving instead of actually being able to enjoy their meal without being crammped up in the car or trying to eat and watch out for traffic.
Passing through on my way back to my new location Memphis..and had a chance to visit this new location (Well new to me - wasn't there when I lived in Johnson City). Very Friendly Staff!! Very Efficient!! Food was correct and Delicious as Always!!#EatMoreChicken
Thank you for twin day. My sis and I enjoyed the new sandwich for free. I might add it was delish. Have always loved Chick- fil-A. This sandwich adds bacon and cheese. What is not to like about that? Sharon and Karen Cole
Best drive-through in the area. I work very close by and sometimes I'll just get that craving for a chicken sandwich, and Chick-fil-A honestly does it best for fast food. I'm usually in and out in a matter of a few minutes depending on the time of day, and of course everyone is very polite the whole way through. Highly recommend this location!
Did a drive thru order at 5:38 on 1/15/22. Our Waffle fries (two large) were from the bottom of the pan, cold, limp, small pieces and some were very brown. I called and ask for a manager and the person, Rebecca, said she was the acting manager and would have someone call me back. NEVER heard a word. I was very disappoint and not sure if I will return to this Chick-fill-A. I took pics just so they could see what they were serving their customers.
Average friendly chik fil a. However, employee Cheyanne (or cheyenne?) makes the experience of dining in borderline miserable. Non stop chit chat, can’t even eat because she will not stop talking. We avoid dining in at this location due to her. Don’t get me wrong, she’s nice..but extremely aggravating when your trying to eat a meal privately with friends. My business is not hers. This was not an isolated incident either, it’s every single time. Do better Cheyanne.
This is by far the best Chick-Fil-A location in the Tri-Cities area. They always get my order right and the taste of the food is always delicious.

The drive through line looked like it would take forever. There were a lot of cars BUT the staff was on point. Quick and efficient. The line moved super quick. Im from NYC so my idea of quick is faster than most peoples especially down south. I was impressed with the speed of the service here. Plus everyone was friendly. And they got my order right :)
