Typically we go to a Chick-fil-A near our house but this evening it was closed for road construction so I went into the one in the mall. I am so glad I did, these were the best french fries I have had from Chick-fil-A in a long time. At our normal place the fries have been soggy, like the employees are rushing to get them out to customers and don’t allow them to cook. I ate just about all my fries before I thought about taking a picture and our other family members did as well including the nuggets (which were perfect).
Chaotic and childish. Entire staff is young and juvenile, and it reflects in the service. AMBER is a terrible shift lead. the business operator, Jimmy Lane, could care less about fixing any issue or customer complaint.
Tried the new smoked BBQ chicken sandwich.Don't waste your money.Not there normal chicken sandwich. McDonald's has more chicken on there chicken sandwich compared to this one.Hardly any BBQ on the sandwich and could not taste the bacon.
This is the most TERRIBLE Chick-fil-A I have been to. Very slow and no customers.

I always count on Chick-fil-A for consistency. However the mall location did not live up to the Chick-fil-A brandthe food was good but it took a while and the staff did not seem concernedit's not what you expect from Chick-fil-A
This place has the best food and always fresh and overall the restaurant looks so clean
Fed three people and the food was perfect. Even got a milkshake that I finished before I realized I had and a cookie. Everything was fresh and delicious
Nothing ever to complain about. Occasionally the line is slowly moving, but its okay. Hot and fresh food as always!
Conveniently located inside the mall. Tastes good just like Chick-fil-A anywhere else.
