Took my 94 yr patient for Dinner, we were told was told they didn’t have senior meals & he couldn’t have a kids portion.) We should have left , we’re told they didn’t have fried chicken tenders on adult meal, probably should have left, But stayed as they brought us both salads we didn’t asked , then got agitated we we told them to take order was wrong, worse experience we have had & food was cold when we got it, but paid anyway. Went to the rest room on the way back the best part had large amounts of water on the floor & we almost fell into a customer at the bar. Need additional training for management & the waitress we had as they were rude, they will no longer be getting our business .

First time ever eating here. If you love seafood then this is the place to go. Me unfortunately don't like seafood. But they had a couple of dishes to choose from. And my dish was very good. The place is beautiful. The manager Michael was very kind and has a great personality. He came to check on us and even talked to us for a little while. Our server was even great and on top of checking on us.

the lobster ravioli was incredibly yummylicious ? my mom had the fettuccine carrabba ... very hearty portion with plenty to take some home ..she loved it!!! our server Malina was absolutely perfect!!! A wonderful compliment to our Johnson City day trip!!!
Carrabba's.... Never been here before. Thought we'd give it a try. Had reservations but got in an hour early. Literally walked in and got a seat in less than two minutes. I've ate several places before that were great places to eat with great atmospheres. This place beats them all, hands down. There were four of us and we were all very pleased. I mean exceptionally pleased. The food was the best I've had without question. Every single thing we had from the appetizer to the desert was absolutely delicious. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the wonderful smelling food just attacks your senses coming in the door. And then there was our service. Our servers name was Gia. ( Trust me, ASK for her !! ) I cannot say enough. This young lady had us dialed in. Drinks stayed full. She made our experience here so nice. Very knowledgeable and on top of everything. I've never had a better waitress. Gia is most definitely an asset to this establishment!! Rating this place is very easy. 5* ?.... Nope. This one broke the scale! 6* isn't even enough. This one is at the very top of every single place I have ever ate. Get yourself and your family in here. Can't wait to go back !!!
*Long read*Wow, what a complete disappointment from my last visit to Carrabba’s in Johnson City. My family and I have been dining here for years and the customer service I received from the manager on duty Friday night March 4th, Jocelyn, is the reason we won’t be back. I purchased one 7oz sirloin add Marsala sauce for an up charge of $3.99 and one chicken Marsala. When we arrived home to eat our dinner, There was not a Steak Marsala but both Entree’s were chicken Marsala. I called and asked to speak with the manager on duty. I explained to Jocelyn that I was missing an entree, she immediately said she was putting me on hold so she could talk to the kitchen and get my ticket, didn’t apologize or anything, I politely replied okay and waited for her to return back to the phone only to tell me I was basically a liar. She said “the kitchen does not recall making two chicken Marsala’s so if that did happen I can only give you a $20 coupon for it and maybe the manager who is here when you arrive next time will comp the rest.” Must I remind this was a sirloin steak with the add on Marsala already priced well above $23. She didn’t seem concerned, she didn’t apologize for anything. She literally told me I was wrong and they did not bag 2 chicken marsala’s. I asked for her name and said I’ll need your name to get my food and she yelled it out to me twice. “I already told you my name! My name is Jocelyn!” Ive never been spoken to or treated like this from anybody, especially a manager from a restaurant I frequently visit. I asked her if I could get my corrected order the next day so I didn’t have to drive back out to the restaurant at 10:30 at night & I could also get my full entree without paying extra. Since she said the manager “might” comp the rest with giving me only a $20 coupon. She said it would not be an option to get my food the next day because they have had manager problems with people getting the wrong orders. She had me drive all the way back 15 min from home to get my entree at almost closing time after spending 20 minutes with her on the phone trying to explain my situation to her and she didn’t care it was late, or that I had to work the next morning. It isn’t ideal to pay $49 of hard earned money to be talked to and treated with that kind of disrespect. When I arrived (nearly 11pm at this point , I ordered at 8pm) Chet delivered the food to our car. I showed him the pictures I had told Jocelyn about and she said she didn’t need to see them it wouldn’t change anything. He apologized to us, at least we received gratitude from someone. If they are experiencing manager problems giving food out like she told me, shouldn’t she had been the one to bring it to me and apologize? That was even more disappointing. The worst customer service I have ever had. People have bad days, but she yelled at me on the phone repeatedly called me a liar and did not handle our incorrect order with an ounce of kindness. Besides this incident , the quality for the food is good but our family won’t be back.
Our first time to this location. The good was filling...nothing really stood out for me. My hubby enjoyed his steak and meal. The couple with us eat there often.
I ordered take out tonight and the main entree was okay minus the noodles being soggy. The soda I got with my meal was just soda water… like the syrup had run out, separately there was an order of a side of fettuccine Alfredo that was dried up and maybe three bites worth of food. Also on my salad I paid extra for Gorgonzola cheese and there was none on there at all. I have ordered here before and things were good, so needless to say I was highly disappointed with my order this time.
