I feel as if the staff here are not treated kindly by management. This location is often slow and understaffed. I don't see many familiar faces (turnover). The employees seem miserable and are apologetic for any small issues. Sometimes there's somebody in the kitchen killin' it, but otherwise the food is as expected from a BK. Respect and better pay would go a long way here.
While the associates were friendly and professional, none of my order was correct.... The receipt was clearly my order but the drink and food were not....I was traveling and unfortunately did not open my order until the next stop, by which time it was too far and too late to turn back and request the correct order.Clearly a disappointment.....
The person running the cashier with the curly hair at 3 pm feb 9th, 2022 needs to practice customer service and not be on the cash register with her attitude not only to customers but also other employees. Ruined our visit before we even got our food.
Just WOW, by far one of the cleanest and friendliness burger King I ever been to, that lady cleaning the dining room is just AWESOME!!!!
This has to be among the last great Burger King locations left in my travels at least. Sometimes you just want a Whopper!? Anyway I’m glad this location is still kickin’ ‘cause our other JC locations have long since closed. The service here is friendly and they love my old car! There’s a cleaning lady in the lobby bustin’ her chops to help everyone feel welcome and I just love that! I’m glad I stopped by and I hope the “King” can take a few pointers from this location.
They have a great value on all of their food! My husband & I like their 5$ make it your way meal. You get a whopper Jr, 4 pc nuggets, small fries & a drink...best deal in town..guarantee you won't beat it!
Food is usually good. They always mess up orders though. Always. Today for example. Was at work, Someone decided they were going to go to BK for food. When they got there they called me for my order. I gave it to them. They repeated it back to cashier. Get back to office. And, the bun has sesame Seeds on it(I can't eat the seeds.). Don't have time to go back so, ended up having to eat a whopper minus the bun. Not really a whopper at that point... Not the first time they've messed this up. Probably won't be the last.
The counter service was excellent. They were very nice. The lady who works the dining room was very helpful. Over all my experience was great. I would recommend this location to everyone.
The food is always good. The problem is every single time I go there, they forget half My order. Literally every single time I have to go back inside or through the drive through and get the rest of my food. Its annoying and a waste of my time. The only reason I go is because the food is tasty and cheap
In the last two months I’ve been going to this BK they have gotten two breakfast and one dinner order wrong in the drive thru! If you take the time to go back through they will make it right, so check your order before leaving. Nothing is more frustrating, going to eat your meal and finding it to be wrong.
