I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my gosh…We went here on Mother’s Day and not only did we wait 30 min to get our order taken after being seated the waitress walked around for 30 more minutes before bringing us the wrong food twice. Then when she did bring the correct food she put my wife’s order in as something completely different then what she ordered. Finally after all that she tried to charge us for the food she took back to theKitchen as well as our actual order. I have never seen a business operate in such a poor manner and as for our family we won’t be back!
Of course good food and good service. Wing challenge is a scam! And it's not even spicy! You buy the boneless wings they are covered in the good spicy goodness. Do the wing challenge was like eating zero flavored wings and they pretty much want you to eat them straight out of the oven, they are like 200degress temperature. My waiter said that's part of the challenge is eating spicy wings straight out of the oven. I ate them, flavor was trash and literally blistered the inside of my mouth. Totally sucked. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Lawsuit waiting to happen
Usually during lunch every time ive eaten here it's absolutely wonderful. However tonight one of the strips of bacon on my burger still had the white grease on it where it wasn't even ever fried. The hamburger meat with cold I'm part of it and the wings were cold we had to take I stayed home and actually warm it up in the microwave very disappointed in you by Paloma Wild Wings night shift
Well first off I ordered Buffalo wings … they should have sauce on them . The fries are cold and I got 2 slices of celery … I would not eat at the Johnson City location again !!!! Very bad for take out !
I just left here and I feel so lame kind of way. I added my receipt as proof but my total came up to 30 dollars. I did not get the half off wings or whatever the Tuesday deal was and went I mentioned it to him (tall, skinny, white guy) he said oh I didn’t ring it up that way and awkwardly I said okay because after a few seconds he didn’t try to remedy the situation and I just said thank you and walked away. Yeah I think they guy needs better customer service. Like why wasn’t I given it? He did it apologize either. He didn’t smile the whole transaction. Idk but I didn’t like his energy.. I even tipped him 3 dollars for no reason whatsoever! Smdh
Ordered a buffalo blue cheeseburger and there was no freaking buffalo sauce on it. These burgers cost way too much for them to mess something up like that. And it was pure grease. Absolutely outrageous. My son‘s burger was no better. I use to eat at Buffalo wild wings all the time where I used to live. I will definitely not be coming back to this one. Such a shame
BWW Johnson City had the best service. Food was perfect. I highly recommend.
Service was good, waitress was friendly. Food beyond subpar, received the wrong burger the first time around and the one we received was nasty . So so much grease to the point the bun was soggy. My friends chicken sandwich was so sad, the piece of chicken was the size of a large chicken nugget. Nowhere near the size of the picture, plus the one we had before was good and decent sized. This one was sad. Charles in the kitchen needs to do better…
My family and I are unworthy and not welcome here...no explanations only shown the door 3 times and told I make tables nervous and they don't like my kind...I ask owner each time who has that authority and ask to see leader with no respect...our creator judges...revenge is in his hands also so be prepared that dish is nearly ready...so whose paying...I do when I go out, got pals who have witnessed my experience at this and a few other locations here in Johnson City TN....I'm defined as American, Native, repping USA...shame shame shame...one can forgive u I am not him but here I remain.I'm a patriot, a family man...
Waiter took forever to get our order and didn't even bring our drinks til the food came. Everyone that came in behind us got there drinks immediately. Food finally came after 1 hour and was cold and hard. Also they were out of most stuff on their menu! Find somewhere else to go before you go here. They have no care for their customers.
