This food was so good that my best friend and I were already planning our next trip before we left the parking lot! The amazing service added to a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend Brassa51 enough!
We've been to Brassa51 three times now for lunch or dinner, and both the food and the service were great every time. The ceviche I ate tonight was some of the best I've ever had.

Love this place! Great food. Nice service. Family owned. The rotisserie chicken is amazing. Seriously. Mix of traditional dishes (beef heart) and contemporary (‘pesto’ pasta. If you haven’t tried this place, you’re seriously missing out.
This was our first time and certainly will not be our last! Omar took care of us like family. ( and so did everyone else who waited on us) He had great suggestions for food and drinks! Flavors were excellent and the food was so fresh. We can’t wait to come back with our family. We highly recommend Brassa 51 if you are looking for your next food adventure!
Excellent food, I had the Royal Burger and it was delicious. Burger was juicy and flavorful, the egg was perfectly cooked and very slightly runny, and the plantains added just the right amount of sweet. Will definitely be back.
Great, family-owned Peruvian restaurant! You'll want to call and get a reservation to make sure you can get in.As for the food - The ceviche is drool worthy and I'm usually not a big ceviche fan. The lomo saltado was good enough to recommend. And the chicha maranda drink, I crave it constantly. Plantains weren't our thing, but that's a taste/texture thing, nothing against the restaurant.The owner was awesome and spent time explaining some of the options to us. We'll definitely be back.
Excellent food, atmosphere and authentic Peruvian flavor! While visiting from out of town we made sure to include this restaurant on our must do list. Having lived in Lima we are always on the lookout for places that offer us a taste of Peru and this was by far the best we have tried this side of the Equator. Thank you for the great service and attention to detail.
This place is a wonderful addition to the tri cities restaurant choices. The food is very fresh and so tasty. The desserts are so good we ordered two different ones so we could share. The service is great. Everyone is so friendly and seem like they enjoy working there. Our server Alejandra explained different items on the menu and helped with our choices. Overall it was a great dining experience and we will be back to sample other dishes in the future.
Wow! Fabulous experience from start to finish! We were warmly greeted by the hostess and seated promptly. Our server was refreshingly pleasant, knowledgeable about the food, and patiently answered our many questions about the menu. Everyone working there seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The manager came by our table and was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean, even the bathroom. The dessert was very tasty and well presented.We will absolutely be back!
