I came to this restaurant last week around dinner time with my family. The food was great, and had zero wait time to be sat. Our server was very wonderful and was definitely on his A game and aimed to please all of us at the table. However, I will say the manager on duty was absolutely horrible. Had such a stuck up attitude when my father asked for his steak to be cooked a bit more, I was on my way to the restroom when I heard him tell our waiter that it was my fathers fault for ordering it that way! I went back to my table silent and mortified at what I heard. From someone who also works in the restaurant business that’s such a mild complaint to be made, and very unprofessional that the manager was speaking in such a tone about my table to our server! You could tell by his whole body language he did not agree and came back and was very apologetic with the steak cooked more (as it should have been). We finished our meal happily and went on with our night. Only after we left is when I shared with my family what I heard. I believe the managers name was Nathan or Norbert? Can’t remember. But what a horrible man to have running a restaurant.
Great restaurant period! Mahi Mahi and shrimp was top shelf!
Just want to say that Kimberly and Ashley are excellent waitresses, they handles our large partly for a birthday with extreme graciousness, patience, and accuracy! Definitely made the experience better because of them! Only detracted 1 star because the fish tacos are far from the best we've had; but, the drinks, steak, and mahi were great. Little overpriced, but great. Smoky old fashioned also the best we've had.
Awesome food, can’t go wrong’
Our server Demi was fabulous! Paid attention to our needs and details. Food was excellent. I had Maui Maui with shrimp and mango, asparagus as a side.
Service was amazing, but I have to say I wasn’t impressed with the food. I usually order seafood from this location and decided to opt for a steak this go around. It was one of the lowest quality steaks I’ve ever had. I ordered a sirloin cooked rare, and it was a hassle to cut it. Other food was good, though. You would think for the price that the beef quality would be a little higher. I pulled out plenty of connective tissue trying to eat it. I hate sounding harsh, but I’ve ordered a steak from Applebee’s for far less money that was much easier to cut with a knife and chew. Won’t bother ordering a steak from Bonefish again. I gave a 3 because I have been multiple times before and have been very satisfied. If I just had to rate my experience from yesterday based on the steak, I’d give it a two — maybe. The prices do not match the quality.
This was our first time at Bonefish. Since I had to work Valentines weekend, I decided to to go out the weekend after. My sweetheart and I went to Bonefish on our date and absolutely loved it!!! The service, atmosphere, food and professionalism was spot on. Thanks Bonefish for providing a wonderful date place for my wife and me. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful. I ordered the pan-Asian seared salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The bang bang shrimp was great too..
I hadn't ever been to Bonefish however it was pretty decent. I ordered the Cod Imperial. It was cooked well however I couldn't really taste the crab that was on top. The reason for the deduction is because I specifically wanted the lava cake and they didn't have it. Many places are experiencing shortages so it wasn't something that would ruin the visit but it was disappointing. However our waitress was fabulous! She was friendly and engaging. Then she took me by surprise because after we paid for our meal (including her tip) we were sitting at the table talking... because you know how it is when you eat too much and need a minute to digest.... she brought us fresh drinks while my party chatted.... by far the best part of the meal because I've never had that happen and it took service to a higher level.
The food was amazing! The staff was super friendly also!
