The food is amazing if you go In and order. However if you order through a food delivery service it can be a hit or a miss as to if you get the correct food. Sometimes I've ordered and got amazing food I'd recommend to anyone however about half the time I order it I'm either missing an item or receiving the wrong toppings on my item. ORDER INSIDE TO GET FOOD CORRECT.
Quality ingredients are still there, just expect to need utensils eating any of it. Last several visits have left us needing numerous napkins while eating, and after. Most of my burrito ended up on a plate as opposed to in its wrap.Edit: Seems like time of day greatly impacts quality of service. Morning and early lunch is great, afternoons and evenings not so much.
Love that they have outdoor seating! Team was great. They’ve got the yellow sweetener for those wondering. Also noticed they’ve got a sign up stating that they will change their gloves on request which may be of interest to those with allergies wanting to risk it. Buckets are a bit close together so you might watch for cross contamination.
Ate here for the first time today, my husband and I got two burritos, two tacos and got our daughter a chicken and cheese quesadilla, my steak was burnt in my burrito and my husbands burrito was so bland. The pork tacos were WAY too salty! The chips and salsa were okay, the salsa tasted a little watered down. The only good thing about the whole lunch was our daughter’s quesadilla which we tried a bite of. Wouldn’t recommend this place considering most of the lunch was bad.
If you like Barberitos, I strongly suggest you go to the one on people's street because this one on Franklin, even the manager does not care. I did not get chips and salsa with my order and had it ordered the 2nd time and still didn't get the salsa. The manager sound like he just woke up.

I stopped at barberitos for lunch one day and Isabella was a tremendous asset to the business. She helped me picked out my food for myself and my lover. 10 out of 10 will be back again.
The reason I'm giving only 3 ? is due to cleanliness. I love their food, prices are reasonable & the staff is nice. Thankfully I was dining out the other day because it was filthy, from the drink station to the garbage, to the tables...not great.
