The service and food are okay. The dining room lacked cleanliness and the staff just seemed so-so. Took forever take a order because the person couldn't find the buttons on the computer and she asked for help and no one was willing to help her find the buttons. The food was okay it was fresh and hot but for the price I feel like you can go to sit-down restaurant.
Great sandwiches. Curly fries are my favorite. Wish they kept the pecan chicken salad sandwich year around
Yes this location is amazing, close to my work and always on point. And everything is fresh every time I go there and today I didn't want to go back to my work and I just parked and ate my food there and talked with my hubby and like no problems no issue and fresh curly fresh with arm sauce that I love. Kind of customer service it's willing to help answer anything you need and help figure out anything and everything that you would need we want that time. Honestly it's the best one that I've been through and the Tri-Cities here!
Had to wait on chicken to be cooked which was fine cause at least it was fresh. However it's was swimming in honey mustard had to throw the bun away it was so wet ?
The people working today were nice and did their jobs well. I had the gyro and everything was good on it. I also had an order of fried jalapenos. Which i was really excited for. They were fresh. I had to wait an extra minute for them to be done in the fryer. I feel like they could've stayed in the fryer just a tad longer as the skin on the jalapeno was alittle tough.
girl who took my order was very rude. just seemed very rushed. I get it you hate your job but don’t take it out on other people. ?
Waited in long line for 2 double chocolate chip cookies. Went home. Tried to eat them an hour later. They were hard enough to break a tooth. When I went back, with my receipt, same cashier was there. She was very rude? Will drive to south roan next time. Never get old cookies there

Staff has it together! food is fast & fresh. I must say I'm not happy about 2-$6 changing. My jam was ? cheddar sandwich & a classic roast. The gyro sandwiches are good too! Jamocha shake is potentially addictive! I'm on a tight budget & this place is priced like Wendys. Yuck as far as beef & cheddar it's bad. Gives name a bad rap. ? Like cheap 7/11 can nacho ? bad truly. (I'm a real cheese person. Ya kno Pals ruined ? sandwich w/ ? Mustard) Some stuff is awesome some not. I was amazed a classic roast beef was under ~360 calories. Which I like that way. Could be a healthier fast food option if u don't load it w/ mayo & everything you can think of. I like it & recommend you try it.
There brisket sandwich is the bomb! My favorite sandwich ever! Never had a bad sandwich at Arby's!
