As usual I was in a hurry to get to work and I had a kinda complicated order I don't eat on this side of town much but I belive she said her name is toyna or Tina somthingg with a t I remember she took time to repeat my order to me and she kept a really good attitude I hope that her bosses appreciate her !! Employers with respect and patience gose a really long way but I just wanted her to receive credit for keeping a smile ? I had the kids meal with apple turn over yesterday around 230 or so the 3erd . If it wasn't one of the top names.. my apologies again but I will definitely be back ! Sincerely a super impressed customer
I wish I didn't have to be so harsh, but....this was my second visit to this establishment the last couple of weeks. The first visit was highly unnerving for many reasons, but overlooking that I decided to give this location a second chance. Boy, was that a mistake. My husband and I quietly ordered our food to go and on the way out the manager on shift made an extremely unwarranted and disparaging remark about me when she thought I was out of earshot. Considering, in the very short time we were there, 3 different guests had to return their food for being incorrect or poor quality I would hope she would pay more attention to order accuracy than a guest's appearance... but I digress. It was grossly immature, especially from someone who clearly has no idea what they're doing. I've worked in restaurant management for some time now and I've never witnessed such disorganization and poor service. Not to mention, a consistently dirty lobby and poorly trained (could even use the word lazy) staff. I plan on reaching out to a district manager. I've never in my life been talked about so horribly by someone for no reason. I was a polite and paying customer and it truly blows my mind someone that immature is left in charge of that store. No wonder all the other customers were complaining about their food while I was there. She clearly isn't concerned with doing her job.
The crispy fish sandwich was soggy. There was only a pinch of lettuce and maybe 1/2 teaspoon of tartar sauce on it. The sandwich tasted old. I took two bites out of it and tossed it in the trash which is where it belonged. The rest of our food was good which is why the 3 stars except the curly fries were a little cold. If I had ordered just the fish sandwich, this visit would not have qualified for a 1 star.

Had a really great experience at this arby's today. The restaurant was extremely clean, the food was hot fresh and tasty. However what really pushed this experience over the top was the manger working this Sunday afternoon on 2-13-22 was incredible. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience!
The prices have went up on everything everwhere so it was nice to get coupons they took my coupons but didnt give them back like they always have to be reused. This is way outta the norm then they only gave me 6 packs of arbys sauce when i asked for extra with 7 sandwhiches. And that wasnt the first time. I love arbys but this outta the normal service caused a star to drop.
I like Arby's chicken bacon and swiss sandwich with horseradish sauce But feel their prices are way too high. But there smoked brisket pretty good.
Cashier at drive through could use a little customer service skills had bad attitude gave impression that she didn't want to be there

The tubby female “manager” in the grey shirt who came to void my transaction after I apologized for the 2 for $6 communication error and slammed the window shut in my face needs a swift customer service kick in the rear. If you get that upset over voiding a very simple transaction, you need literal mental help. You don’t get less pay to void a transaction tubby, so cool ya jets. It took what 5 precious seconds of your day tubby, but I bet the anger inside of you will last a lifetime. If I knew when you were working I would pull this mistake every time while smiling just to take up your precious time. So much better when they have men working the window, the women are always such see you next tuesdays.
