Today their chicken tasted different (not in a good way) and was hard to chew. Also, it took a very long time to get through the drive thru. Worst experience I’ve had there. I’m wondering if anyone else noticed the unusual taste.
The worst service I ever got from there . Food was cold and line normally moves very fast but I waited 20 to 25 minutes just to get cold wings. Girl kept laughing like something was so fun. Very rude. Didn't let me oder anything else just gave me a total. So I didn't even get to finish my order. It will be along time before I go back if I ever go back.
I just left the drive through when I pulled up the gentleman said can I help you no welcome tozaxbys ok so I proceeded to order just a kiddie finger meal with a drink upon pulling around to the window you h black girl open the window puts her hand out for money no total no hello and tells me to pull up well I couldn’t because a truck was also waiting so she said pull in number one before I could she states ma’am you are going to have to move I asked for the manager a young man got her I told her the problem and that I wanted my money back the window was closed and I could hear that young girl talking about me at the window wow what unprofessionalism of a place that I eat frequently the manager said here honey and did give the money back I have never been more disturbed at how this young girl acted and is working in the PUBLIC I am a nurse if I did that to any patient regardless of treatment there would be a penalty disgusted with service !!!!
negative 5 stars Online order showed ready for pickup. She told me to come in and get my order. I said normally they let me pick it up at the window. She said it would be a minute. 2 cars were in front of me. I pull up, no order. Please pull up and we will bring it to you. 7 cars go by and still no order. I go inside. Ask for a manger who cited short staff. My order was sitting on the counter next to the drive thru window. This is not short staff its pure laziness. All she had to do was put the order in a bag and hand it 2 me. Please fix this. I looked around there was at least 1 person at every station that i could see: 2 at drive thru, 1 at counter, 3 in the cooking area. No line and 2 ladies at a table. Please explain this to me?
Great food! Just be prepared to wait in line for a while if you're going through drive thru.
The food was lukewarm, the toast was hard, the boneless chicken tenders weren't even tenders. I could tell they were the leftovers. I have been to both of the Zaxby's in Jackson TN and they're awful. I will never go to them again. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the drink.
I have a complaint on Zaxby’s on oil well in Jackson Tennessee. They open at 11 and we were in drive thru bc I ordered door dash last night and didn’t get all my order (a gallon of sweet tea) so they said come in with my receipt and the car in front of me was trying to order and the girl said “we don’t open until 11” and the lady said “isn’t it 11?” She said “yes” but made her wait around 5 mins before taking her order. They refused to refund my money (or give me my gallon of tea I paid for) and said I have to be refunded through door dash. I didn’t pay door dash for the gallon of tea, I paid Zaxby’s! I called and asked to speak to the manager and she took my debit card info and phone number guaranteeing me a refund and a pic of the receipt of my refund. I got neither! I called back almost 5 hours later to be told AGAIN they WON’T refund my money! Bad business
The food is actually incredible. Accessibility is my complaint. Why the drive thru/online option only? Please start the dining access again. I project it would double your business. And it would accommodate the face pace families who need a great place to run by and grab some awesome supper on the way home. That slow long line is what keeps me from stopping.
This Zaxby's is terrible!! Everytime I go there,their wings are so small. Today I went just to get a side salad. They informed me they no longer serve side salads. I now will start going to the Zaxbys in the Collumns.
First time here in a long time. Had the cobb salad with grilled chicken and the grand kids had the kids meal. The water was not working properly. I know that many people love this chicken over other competitors.. While the chicken was good and I have no complaints, I still love the other chicken competitor best, lol if you know what I mean!!! Yes I tried some of the kids chicken.
