I had never eaten a Zaxby's before until yesterday. I had your grilled chicken salad, and I must say that it is one of the best salads that I have had from a restaurant in a very long time. It's so good I am having another one today for lunch. Lol. Everything is so fresh and the chicken is perfectly prepared. Thank you for putting love into this salad. I give you 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

The busiest BUT best Zaxbys, I have ever been to. Chicken was sauced, the way it should be. Fries were seasoned, amazingly. Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. Amazing customer service.
This has been my favorite place to go for buffalo chicke, til the past few visits, have been terrible service, ether fry's would be cold or watered down drinks, today the buffalo chicken wings didn't taste the same so I went in to ask about the sauce they told me they don't have buffalo, but plainly says buffalo on the menu, well they tell me it's "tounge torch, thats what they give people when they ask for buffalo, I've gotten buffalo wings from here a thousand times but today it don't taste the same so todays visit was not took care of. Today will probably be my last here at Zaxby's I'm tired of my food always being messed up. Thanks for all the other plates I've gotten from here that's been good but this got me pretty upset
Very disappointed with the service....we put in an online order and went to go pick it up in the drive thru, as the lobby was closed, they brought an order to us that wasn't ours, then took it back and had us wait five minutes in line before finally having us pull aside, they admitted that they didn't have any of it started because they didn't see the order come in online. When they finally brought out our food, they forgot to add any salad dressing, and again because the lobby was closed we had to wait in line another 10 minutes just to get the dressing. There were no apologies at any point. I give two stars because at least the food was good.

For take out only the chicken was still hot, moist, tender and the breading crispy when we got home. Great coleslaw and love the zaxby sauce!Friendly associates are always a plus.
Was amazing for the expensive price but would buy again. Was worth it. Id take a picture of the food but the problem is ive already eaten it all
Can you believe they close at 8pm now? Just horrible.. Then the line always backed up into the street. I can’t catch a break here
I had a bad experience the last several times I have visited Zaxby's on Vann Drive. Recently when i pulled up and called about my to go order, the young lady hung up on me mid sentence and i had to wait for someone to come out and ask me about my order. Today I had a doordash order and called when i arrived in the pick up spot, the same young lady answered the phone and after i explained that i had a doordash order for pick up she hung up. After I was ignored for an additional 30 minutes, i had to go through the drive thru behind a long line of cars for an order that was called in for pick up 45 minutes prior. I then got penalized from doordash because the pick up time was too long. I have no idea what the staff is doing or even if they are properly trained but things should be changed and improved upon at this Zaxby's.
